You have to keep sending them emails. They do eventually pay out, I think they just get too many orders and don't have the funds to pay as quick as they promise. It's not a good experience but they paid me the full price in the end. If you need the cash ASAP I would use a different company, you might get a little less but these guys do take ages. I wouldn't use them again

Same as above - It came to me threatening them will legal action too in order to get any kind of response!

Exact same! It's torture! You have to email day after day, threaten legal action! I even wrote to watchdog then one day it appeared in my account

Same as above... It was only when I threatened legal action that they paid me.
