Cancellation can occur anytime in the trial and can occur through the website, email or by calling our customer service department at 1-800-719-2498. We are open from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm (Pacific time), 7 days a week. We believe we have located your account and cancelled it currently but if you do not receive a cancellation email, please reach out as soon as possible.
