Go to your bank and tell them to investigate. I contacted my credit card company and they are investigating. I have since had an email from Savibuy advising I will be credited back with 3-5 working days but i don't believe them.

Ring your bank and they will do there own investigation and give you the money back themselves, I've done it today with santander!
