Maybe a usa site, but customer service rep has such a heavy indian or pakistani accent she was barely understandable, and was obviously just reading from a script.

When I called them twice both times I spoke with men that could barely speak understandable English. If they are an American based company they should definitely be put out of business due to their lack of morals. I don't understand why the various hotels let them horn in on their businesses in such an unscrupulous way.
