Same here, it is in China and they told me that it may be lost in the mail when I return it and there are international shipping fees to return. Then they offered me 5percent off and keep the dress. Its a big scam.

These dresses ship from China... poor quality! I ordered my daughter Prom dress and it looked nothing like the picture and there was a ink stain. I'm trying to make contact with them to get a return authorization. DO NOT ORDER from this place you will be highly disappointed
