Yes I would like to actually talk to someone. I have a grievance with customer support. I live the products but did not approve an order that was sent. How can I talk to someone by phone please. It seems the customer support person is not concerned at all about customer satisfaction.

199 BBB complaints. Promoters do this alot with fraud. They all want the bonus like in the pictures with the car. They go into thinking once they meet a certain goal they get a car but really the car is paid in payments over years & they must keep selling in volume the whole time or the payment isn't made. They don't get anything. They basically qualify to be trapped selling it cuz they'll look stupid after posting a car when the repo man comes. They need 2 autoship customers a month to get themselves freebies for their posts. Check out the BBB page undel LeVel Thrive. The promoters all lie saying no complaints at the BBB and place a link but the link shows no bad stuff cuz it isn't the correct one it only says one word Thrive

Get with the person who invitrd you. Most promoters I know will buy any product you don't want to use sd trial packs or what not. Also if you submit a support ticket through their support system, they will correct any issues they may be responsible for. If you did not cancel your autoship order though, thats on you. You will have to keep them or ask around to your promoter and local Thrivers to sell them.
