I keep reading a lot about consumers basically being "duped" into buying cheap jewelry for an outrageous price. How am I assured what I am buying is at least worth what I paid?

You need to take it to a jeweler to test stones. If its just the gold content you can test it yourself They have sold junk

You cant. They don't deliver anything to the people that ordered half the time. I have no ring and now no money. I'm getting ready to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Hello! First, all our jewelry are genuine and real, unless it's clearly stated LAB or CREATED gemstones. To ensure your value we recommend all bidders do more price research for themselves before bidding. Overall, we do not comment on values because values by individuals and for each product are too subjective. Best of all, you only price bid amount at your own comfortable price which in most cases you will end up paying less than what your max bid amount. Hope this help!
