Then when it ask for AMOUNT PUT IN $00 IT WILL ASK USE CARD ON FILE (WHICH I DON'T USE AUTOPAY ANYMORE) SAY NO! AND FROM THERE THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM WILL CONNECT YOU TO SOMEONE. THAT IS THE EASIEST WAY I FOUND OUT HOW TO CONNECT WITH SOMEONE. LITTLE AGGRAVATION BUT I DO NOT USING THE ONLINE CHAT FEATURES IT IS JUST AS AGGRAVATING.
