Never ever use two things in freelancer, 1. Your Credit car, 2. Skrill. Paypal is secured you can use that. But first of all. Don't work with freelancer they are scamming everyone taking their money and closing account.

Customer stopped communicating immediately after selecting me as an artist. In the future, (several months), he did not go to communicate. His status, not in the network is maintained to this day. I had questions for the project, but the answers I have not received, respectively, and to the implementation of the project, I did not start. The cost of the project, the customer was set at 155 Dolar. Which at my expense, of course, not received. As soon as I filled up the account by means of a personal bank account, the service freelancer.kom debited from my account Dolar 15.5 as of commission, despite the fact that the transaction did not take place.

You get paid for projects, but #1 Freelancer takes a fee as soon as you accept a project so if the client ends up not paying you, you're out that money and #2 if a client violates their terms and/or their payment method ends up being declined (like what happened to me 2 months after I completed the project), Freelancer will reverse the payment. Since you must link a bank account or paypal account in order to withdraw funds, they will just take it right out of your bank or paypal account. Without any notice. So you really have no assurance that projects you are paid for won't be reversed by them. Freelancer suggests is making sure the client has some ratings and a verified payment method, and to make them fund milestone before you begin the work, however the client I was paid by did these things, and Freelancer still reversed my payment saying 2 months later he had violated their terms. Their customer service is horrible and you're lucky you get a reply at all, but it will be a canned response and takes weeks. SO you're taking a risk working on that site.

If a payment were genuinely done, then why would they cancel the payment and make a refund to the buyer putting the coder with empty hands! Why would even they allow a coder to work without making an escrow!
