Personally I think this broker is one of the most legit. I am yet to encounter any Finex.co.id scam allegations, well because they ain't one, so why would someone even think about it. In conclusion I think those reviews are fake. They still have some things they need to improve on as well, that would be -> adding some more aseets to trade because now it's like under 100 which is not much,.

Depends on the pair. Pairs with USD in them may move more in NY session, and pairs with EUR may be more volatile in frankfurt... But, there's no thing as 'best', you just choose for yourself :)
