My wife ordered about 150$ worth of jerseys on thanksgiving day 11/26/2015 and it has not arrived. Their has been no response to emails and the order number she was given was bogus. We have been trying to find a contact number for a few days now with no success. My question is have we been scammed and will their actually be a shipment. At this point we would be happy to see a postcard or something come in.

I would just make sure i got a full tefund and go somewhere else. I marked them down as spam mail

You should have gotten a confirmation number online from the company. That seems real odd maybe they are backed up because of the holiday season. I would try to find out their number online and call them if you can't get a hold of them just look up their company's address online. I wish you the best.

Not surprised by this crappy company. I ordered items last Christmas they had in stock, told I would receive and then they never called me to inform me they didn't have in stock. I went to FansEdge this year and the process was solid. I recommend shopping there.

I've never had a problem everything I ordered was delivered. I would try to get them on the phone no matter how long it took, I would be angry too I don't like getting ripped off either. The only number I've had is Customer service 415-554-0360 Good luck.

In my experience, I would not order from them again. It took a month to get my order and I had to get upset and threaten to report them to BBB and my credit card company.

If I could give you any advice never order from them again. Not only is fanatics.com a joke, but their shipping provider is as well. Laser ship is who they use and they are completely unprofessional and not even worth the hassle to deal with. I'd just get my money back from fanatics and try a different site.

I find it hard to believe that you was given a bogus order let alone cannot find a contact number. Within 1 minute on their site i found one for you. 1-855-438-0679
