Yes, they are as bad as advertised. Can't say if anyone has had a good experience but I'm sure those who aren't concerned with pricing or shipping could have had a decent experience.

HOLY COW. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY. I'M WARNING YOU NOW. THEY JUST CANCELLED MY ORDER AFTER I paid IT. THE REASON IS FOR "SECURITY REASONS" WHAT THE HELL IS THAT. I'M BUYING SWEATSHIRTS FOR HEAVENS SAKES. I CALLED AND ASKED THEM TO EXPLAIN AND THEY SAID, FOR SECURITY REASONS THEY CAN'T. THEY SENT ME THE EMAIL TO BUY FROM THEM.

YES! They really are!@ Stay away! I ordered 6 items and they are 0 for 6... none will arrive before the trip for which they were ordered. Why quote ships in 1 day arrives in 3 to 5 if you can't get them out for 7 days and it takes longer to travel then quoted? They are baiting customers to order but since they can't deliver on their promises they are asking for one and done customers. What a bad business model! The rep even confirmed that all but one item was in the warehouse so they should have shipped sooner. They also offer 1/2 day shipping at an added cost so when they can't deliver as promised I think they should absorb the cost and send with 1/2 day shipping (unless they don't want repeat customers). Anyone want to use my "not a fan" cash I earned? You can have it... I'm done with them!

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced... ever... no joke!

Take my word for it. You will be sorry if you order from Fanatics. I was so upset after being charged instantly, but 37 days later still no merchandise.
