Ive been seeing mixed and bad reveiws on the cancellation policy. I have heard of customers being charged still after they have cancelled.

They have a real CS # it's 855-313-6267. I know because I have had to use it.

This might be due to their customer service and billing being done through the Philippines.

Hi Rio and Bianca! Members can actually cancel at anytime in their own dashboard. Just login to your account, go to "Manage Subscription" and cancel. We also send an email confirming your cancellation within a minute of you doing so, so you can be sure it was taken care of. Members can also reach us by phone to cancel at 855-313-6267 Monday-Friday 10am-5pm PST If you reach us after business hours you will be prompted to send us an email for a faster response.

Same issue, funny thing is they have no visible phone number to talk to a REAL person. And when calling a number found in a forum online, the calls dont even go through to a person but refer you to email them instead. All in all, SHIT SERVICE.

They probably have a glitch in the automatic thingy, since it's all done online. Calling to cancel your subscription and actually talking to someone would eliminate this possibility.
