No no and no! Do not buy from them! Shocking!

No the dress I ordered was not as described and the sizing was off.
Never was able to talk to customer service. Please save yourself money and headaches and go with another company.

NO to all. If you order a tailor-made dress, then it should fit, not be three inches too small. No one cares about the material if it doesn't fit and they offer to pay you $8.88 for the nearly $200 you spent on a dress that will never be worn. I will never recommend them, and actually highly discourage purchasing from them.

Although l was hesitant about ordering online, my experience was OUTSTANDING! I understood it was going to be hit or miss... but they knocked it out of the park Baby! When l tell you l bought a wedding dress from them and l couldn't be more satisfied! My dress was beautiful and exactly as pictured, my one and only thing with me was the top part was a little shorter than l thought it would be and that turned out to be no problem, so l didn't unzip it from the bottom. Infact, l wore my dress all night! It wasn't heavy, the matetial was beautiful, it was well made and the the netting was fabulous! No complaints here!

I agree with Johanna. I bought my short wedding dress on their exclusive brand Adasbridal, and It's pretty good. The quality was as pictured. Dress was packaged in a bag inside a box. Nothing damaged. But I do wait a month to receive my dress. Size was almost perfect as I measured my size according to their size chart. I would recommend for their good price and fair quality, not for the shipment.

Our QC department inspects products you ordered are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line.

Yeah but go with their "exclusive" line. It says so at the description. These designs and photos are their own. And the manufacturer is Adasbridal. The quality was excellent.
