I was just checking the site and all of the sudden and without my authorization they charged me 25$! I'm wanting a full refund on this please?

The only "won" the bid for $10 burger card and $ Walmart card... the took a couple weeks to get. I spend hundreds on this site. It is very hard to "win" the bids.
