Since they have taken your money and not delivered, it is worth reporting to your local police department, if in the USA. What they are doing is fraud on a federal level. Your local pd is the place to start.

Forget the refund. I've been waiting 2 months for my clothes and they promised me a $4 refund for taking so long.No clothes and NO refund. Yes, they keep saying 5-10 days to me too. I reckon it's a cut and paste reply.:(
AVOID this company at all costs.

They promised me a refund of $10 because they were taking so long with my order. It failed to materialise so I kept hounding them until it did. Btw still haven't got my order - paid on 15 September and they keep on saying 5 to 10 days... still waiting.
