I can't believe they are still operating. The site was closed down months ago and the mainstream media ran stories about it.

I am surprised they are still trading, they had so many complaints in June this year. I got my money back from Visa and after I lodged a complaint with Action Fraud I received confirmation a month later to say they had enough complaints to warrant an investigation. They had offices registered in London and Edinburgh, but are only virtual offices (a mail box). Don't know if it was connected but 3 months after my tickets did not turn up my card details were used in House of Fraser for £300 of goods.

It is a scam site I'm sorry to say. I ordered tickets for AC/DC gig way back at start of year gig was June never received. Went through my bank fraud department got my money back. From now on it'll only be from legit sites or the actual box office I will buy from!

I'm sorry to say but you won't be receiving your tickets. I was scammed as were 1000's of others by circle tickets and had to go through the bank who then started an investigation in my behalf. I hope you either get tickets or your money back.

I didn't get my refund from them despite their promises. They kept promising me the tickets would arrive but once they told em their supplier had let them down it was unable to make contact after that. If you paid with a credit card I suggest you try and get the money back through them.

I'm so sorry but yes, it is a scam and the tickets won't arrive. Circle tickets are being investigated by the police and counter- fraud. It may be worth contacting your bank to see if they can refund you your money. Good luck
