Hello I ordered tickets for Simply Red on 12th Dec. I don't have them yet when will they arrive? The bank transaction is recorded as Circletrade, is it a scam?

Answer:
I can't believe they are still operating. The site was closed down months ago and the mainstream media ran stories about it.
