Yes. I have been a member of paypal since 1999, and have never had a problem with them. When you purchase through Paypal using your credit or debit card, your card number is protected. The person or company that you pay never has access to your card number. And if a purchase goes wrong, you can call their customer service, and they can help you. I have also connected my website to a paypal shopping cart, and my customers can pay me with a credit card, even if they are not a paypal member. I also have a Paypal Mastercard debit card with no annual fees. I can buy and sell, send money to relatives... all with ease and know it is secure.
