I tried to return a book I rented after fighting with Sandy tooth and nail just get a return address. I received the package back in the mail yesterday. I went to the post office today for more info and they said the return address does not exist after I paid postage both ways for an out of date edition of a book that I ended up not even needing. Has anyone else had this experience? The website says they are out of NY but the return address I was given was to someone named Stephen in Chattanooga TN. Sounds like this is a scam. I just want to make sure I'm not going to be billed more money from this piece of crap company.
