I paid hoping for insightful coaching. What I received was a bland PDF with cookie-cutter tips like "drink more water" and "get enough sleep." Groundbreaking.

Three emails. One support ticket. Two DMs on Instagram. All ignored. Yourselfirst apparently puts their users last.

They promised a personalized journey. Instead, I got recycled advice I'd seen a hundred times on free blogs. The "custom dashboard" even greeted me with the wrong name.

I signed up expecting a $19/month plan, but somehow my bank shows $39 plus "processing fees." No clear breakdown, no warning. Just quietly deducted. Yourselfirst, huh? Feels more like Themfirst.
