I have had this pool for eleven years, the cover that came with it one man could
Barley lift be myself, I am 6'3 & 215 lbs, but the one that was delivered to me was exactly like the one I bought last year, to thin to even be called a winter cover and I live in eastern Tennessee. It tore from the wind, we had to go out in the cold and recover pool, by then it was dirty, I am sorry but this pool cover I not worth $ 50.00.
But I already know fed-ex raised prices, but we should not get less to compensate.

Hi Steve, we have 2 orders from you this year but both orders are for heater parts. We do not see a winter cover purchased under your name. If you did order this from us please let us know and we will definitely replace your winter cover at no cost and could upgrade you to a higher warranty cover. If you could please give us a call if you did purchase this from us we can get you taken care of.
