I have subscribed for a very long time. I loved the accessibility of products, and variety. Unfortunately, the company recently sold- and when this happened my account went with them... to www.justfab.com This is one of those companies that turns into a hive mind- and now I have no idea how to access my account. I am being charged monthly, and trying to log in- only to be prompted as a new customer every time. YET the charges continue. I reached out to customer service, and got an email back two days later that simply read "we will be with you shortly" and then nothing came after that at all. Except, several emails with promotions and ads in them titled bitingly "the answer to your question" WITH NO ANSWERS INSIDE-JUST MORE ADS! SOMEONE HELP ME :'(
I a overall happy with all my purchases from Shoedazzle. I only wish more variety of the shoes and clothing were available.
Nice, I can't wait to buy more shoes soon. Like soon within the next couple of months. I don't have anything else to say about this so thanks and I will get back to you you

Fraud, was charged for items that I did not authorize. I have not rec'd back my money! I'm not sure how this could have happened to me. I've been a client for many years and never had this type of problem.
I placed an order for two pairs of shoes on 3/26/25! I still have not received them, and apparently they're lost somewhere in the twilight zone! Rose M March
I was looking for a black blazer to match a pair of pants I purchased a couple of months ago. When I purchased the pants, the blazer was sold out. I just so happen to be on the site, and you had another black blazer, and I purchased it along with a peach one. I also got the matching peach pants. The pants and blazers are nicely made.
It's always a great experience shipping on shoedazzle and I tell my girlfriends to check it out. The favorites seem to have an issue. I can never see all the favorites i have selected. There isn't a "next page " option.
I received an email that my order was processed and on Its Way, April 1,2025. It is April 12 and the tracking says that the carrier has not even received it yet. That means just fab/shoe dazzle has not delivered it to the shipping carrier yet. It's been 12 days.
It took te months to get my credits back on my account plus I had to call and divide receipts on items you already received. Poor or poor return policy
Look is nice but very uncomfortable and material was not a nice look. Hurt my feet have to return them.
Tracking the boots was a disaster, but they finally arrived. The boc was in a rough shape, but the boots were okay. In fact, they are lovely, comfortable, and the size is a great fit!
It is cute and comfortable. It fits so well. That shade of blue sneakers goes with literally any color of outfit. I'm going make this site my favorite place to shop for basically all my footwear. I even told a about this site the other day.
Asking for a review when it's been 10 days since I placed my order and the carrier still hasn't received the shoes….

There was no email sent to me to tell me that the package was delivered. When I finally found out that it was delivered last Tuesday it was already gone my package was left outside it was probably stolen. Now I have no shoes and I'm short of 50 dollars 🙃
Nice wedges spot on the front that I have to fix. The style is very nice like high end wedges. I will order again if I find something I like
