Complicated, misleading, overwhelming email assaults. Just not worth the effort and the three things i bought werent real discounts. Available on amazon more quickly and at exactly the same cost. Bombarded by emails, dozens and dozens a week. Absolute nightmare.

Do not use! Shockingly appalling useless customer service! I was gifted a spa wowcher and when I input the code I am meant to be sent a booking code to give to the spa to make my reservation. But I didn't receive the booking code despite numerous attempts. Have asked customer device 6 rimes and they just repeategly ask me for the same information without progressing or helping me. Am genuinely shocked. Save your money and stay well away!,

I purchased a wireless rechargeable hair curler, this was poor quality and unworkable for me, the charge didn't last long enough to do a full head and it was by no means easy to work with, totally not like the video. I returned this product to the address supplied by wowcher and asked for a refund. I contacted wowcher through their what app chat to ask why I had not received my refund they said they had not received the package, I then provided a copy of the royal mail delivery signed for docket, they still say that they cant find the product at their warehouse even though I have provided receipt of delivery. I still haven't received a refund and have taken it up with Resolver who I haven't heard back from from 02nd Nov. I am really disappointed with the customer service.

Wowcher replied and said an email had been sent to me, but no email has been received, so issue is still unresolved.

I don't understand how they can treat customers like this.

I purchased a key board and mouse. It then charged me £3.99 for some thing and then demanded £3.99 for faster carriage on the 25th October. They are now saying delivery by the 14th November! Then they bombard you with unsolicited emails which you have to accept just in case you miss something about your order! Stay away these deals are scams. I guess my keyboard and mouse, if they ever arrive will be shipped from China, its the only reason why it should take three weeks to deliver! At least I paid by PayPal. I am going to file a complaint with PayPal and request my money back.

I purchased a spa day through wWowcher with an expiry of 19th October.
I tried to use the voucher 2 weeks ago and have been told it expired even though my confirmation clearly states I had until the 19th October to redeem it.
I have tried numerous attempts to contact the customer service team with them either ignoring me or being rude via what's app.
Wowcher have treated me appallingly with no respect or compassion and have been unwilling to offer help with my complaint.
I would just like a refund for being mislead into buying a voucher with false confirmation details. The voucher wasn't redeemable because of an error on your part not mine. A credit isn't good enough...
I will not be buying from you again!

I bought a spa experience on Wowcher but the spa was unavailable during the voucher dates. "No problem" I thought because I'll just get a refund. I must have misread the terms and thought an automatic refund comes through 14 days after the voucher expires if not redeemed, so I waited. It turns out I was wrong and I should have requested the refund within 14 days - my mistake.
But I asked Wowcher for a refund and explained the situation. They were unsympathetic and unwilling to refund the money even though I got nothing in return and it cost them nothing.
I had to argue a case and only got Wowcher wallet credit. They also applied the wallet refund before I confirmed I'm ok with that. The customer service agents were very rude and I have screenshots of their rude text tone.

I think it's terrible that a large company won't just refund what is a small amount to them, but considerable for the average customer. They could easily have given a refund if they wanted to (a simple bank transfer even), but instead chose to keep a hold of the money in some form.

I also only had ONE WEEK to use the wallet credit they added, giving me very little choice and flexibility.

I would strongly advise people to avoid them.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

They don't deserve any stars. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. I have bought a mattress, which was faulty. I tried to send it back to the seller and I'm still waiting over a MONTH for it to be collected. I tried to communicate with wowcher to resolve it and all I get is automated robot! I was promised an agent will contact me and no one did. I probably lost my money already, but I don't want anyone else to go through it. Wowcher should check the sellers, before they advertise the goods and rip off the customers!@

They robbed me of £83! Their process of issuing vouchers is not explained clearly, why bother with vouchers? Just send what you want! They charged me twice for the same item & there is a £10 monthly membership fee, what i did not know about! Their appeal process is bias &if they do offer a partial refund, you got to spend it with them. Do not buy from them, they are thieves! ROBBING BASTARDS! I could not give 0 stars

Very bad experience: bad quality of bedsheets and tablet ipad came upto date and faulty. They also don't give you label back. You have to pay if you want Sent back and get money IF you will get money back because its not for sure.

Placed an order 10 days ago have emailed numerous times to so called customer services absolutely no response have no idea what has happened to my order worst company I have ever felt with on the internet avoid at any cost

I ordered 2 tickets to Chocolate Men Brunch in London for my birthday, the eve of the event. We get there the next day for brunch and it's cancelled. Here's the kicker, IT WAS CANCELLED THE WEEK PRIOR! So why did they sell me tickets to a cancelled show? After contacting the company on WhatsApp they denied my refund saying thatc one ticket was used. Huh, how can a ticket be used for a cancelled show. I contacted my back and PayPal right away. After my PayPal complaint they responded with an email to contact them because they said they don't do business through PayPal. I didn't fall for it after almost a month now I was offered a refund. This company is a joke, it's not worth it to go through them.

I gave 1 star should be minus 1, if you buy anything from this company say goodbye to your money. Products are second rate and customer services are non existent, when you do get through to them they just sign off when it gets to heated.

Do not under any circumstances download the app. They will badger you non stop as much as a dozen times a day with notifications. Really annoying

I have been trying to print my Wowcher voucher for over 2 hours now as the Salon needs a hard copy of the voucher to be taken with you. The "Get Voucher" link does not give you a "print" option despite their claims that it does.
I am just going round in circles & their FAQ's are hopeless. My appointment is 1st thing tomorrow & I cannot speak to anyone at Wowcher to resolve this.
ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS SITE & CUSTOMER SERVICE.
DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Bought GPS key fobs to find that they are blutooth only! This renders them completely useless for their purpose. Tried to complain to wowcher and the vendor and have received nothing back. VERY DISAPPOINTING
