Well I paid £3 for voucher of wowcher to then pay £20 for box of supposedly £40 worth of grocery items plus £6.99 delivery, seriously things are out of date and I am left feeling totally ripped off. PLEASE DO NOT BUY.

Don't go near them, they'll scam you. Constantly fobbed off by supplier also, named durest, signing off on emails, as the CS team.

You buy items from wowcher, and you are left at the mercy of the companies that they advertise for. I have bought three items from wowcher; one I returned and was never refunded despite having proof of postage and delivery, and two I never received. All wowcher says is to contact the company, who repeated ignore me. Wowcher needs to be banned from providing their services. You buy the items advertised only to receive defective ones or never receive them with no refund. Either way, they are taking your money.

This company are thieves I have been trying get a refund, no reply many emails they took my money, I thought I was getting a product not a voucher.

The company doesn't have a customer service number.
Only whatsapp is there to raise the queries.

After several messages on whatsapp, finally someone closed my issue (without resolution) saying that I talked to him/her.

My understanding is that this was done by the dump chat robot.

I bought a voucher for a trip to Iceland through Wowcher and was contacted by a "firm" called Travelolo, which appears to be one man and a dog (and I'm not sure that the dog exists). The deal turned out to be for flights from Stansted which is 100 miles from my home and they charged extra for flights from Gatwick. Then the original hotel was full so they persuaded me to book a more expensive one. I now cannot go on the date I booked but there is no chance of getting a a refund - Travelolo do not answer the phone or reply to emails. BEWARE - do not book travel through Wowcher.

Item not received, several messages/emails unanswered, promise of full refund- but never materialised, live chats cut off midway through complaint. Persisted with complaint, insisted I wanted refund immediately. Realised they had offered me another wowcher which they placed in my wallet without telling me. I only got my money back by contacting Barclay Card, and forwarding the necessary information

Absolutely no concept of the meaning of customer service. Purchased an item which was faulty, customer service team were no help trying to resolve this issue. Received conflicting advice from the team. Will never purchase anything from this.company again

I apparently received a WOWCHER credit to the value of £364 unknown to me this credit ( my money) EXPIRES within about 30 days... I am so ANGRY. THIS IS THEFT. HOW ARE THEY ALLOWED TO DO THIS?

The price you pay is never the advertised price by the time you've faffed around and actually redeemed the voucher and paid the cost to the retailer actually providing the service plus P&P. You are literally just paying for a voucher for money off often for poor quality services or goods and you often don't even know the price of the goods you're paying for until you've bought the voucher, as you are misled to believe the initial price you are paying for the voucher covers the cost of the item you believe you are purchasing. Will definitely not be bothering with them in future, nor recommending them. Absolute rubbish.

They did not deliver my item.they do not reply to your emails. Or WhatsApp chat.had to dtrat a PayPal dispute. Never use these scamers shocking bad

I am absolutely disgusted with Wowcher and their lack of service and how I was treated as a customer. I am still fighting them daily to refund my money as they run an unorganized business that could care less about the customer and only benefits them monetarily. I ordered a vacuum from wowcher and was sent an ab roller instead. You could imagine how annoyed I was to receive an ab roller (this is what they told me it was). I got an email from them saying they sent the wrong item and that it needed to be returned. I printed the label I was given and went to return it only to be told they could not take it with the code I was given. I then contacted wowcher and over the course of three emails and finally transferred to whats app was told I should have been sent a QR code. So they admitted to sending me the wrong label. I then had to take more time out of my day to go back and drop off the package with the QR code. I did this the second week of December so decided to check in weeks later as I had not received the vacuum I ordered.

I then have been in a four-week long battle with their customer service (loosely using this title and they lack any service) over refunding me for my order. They now not only have the wrong order they sent but they have not sent me my order or refunded my money. The CS agents are rude, sarcastic (I have whatsapp messages I can share) and just answer you over and over with the same replies which mean I get nowhere.

Wowcher is a poor third party service that has no real relationship with its vendors therefore leaves the customer vulnerable to vendors with poor service. There is no way to contact them except via whatsapp which is a poor way of providing support. Do not trust this company you may think you are getting a deal but eventually, you will end up like the rest of us who gets taken advantage of. They stole my money did not provide the product and should not be allowed to operate a business. Disgusting a company like this can exist.

Like many reviewers, I thought the way things are ordered, by getting a voucher then using to buy from a partner merchant who asks to pay again for shipping, is complicated and can easily go wrong for some people. After a wait of 2 months for a heated throw I managed to get an online chat with Ann from Wowcher who was very nice and helpful. Ann emailed me and the merchant about my case and, like magic I received the parcel three days later. But it is the wrong throw, much smaller than the one ordered and looks cheap and nasty thing. I have no hope of a refund and don't want anything else to do with. They deserve no stars but the one is for Ann.

My children saved their weekend job money to buy a night in a hotel for me as a present. The hotel closed its doors to holiday guests before I went and refused to reply to emails etc. I contacted wowcher to request a refund or credit. They at first refused then started ignoring emails and cut off the live chat. Eventually after persisting they gave a credit failing to explain how to use it by the time they replied it had expired as the credit was only valid for 5 days! They then ignored further attempts at emailing. Their customer service is appalling they don't care whether you receive what you paid for or not. I would never buy from them again. Their refund/ credit policy isn't worth a jot and if you don't receive what you paid for tough luck. Save yourself the grief and buy elsewhere as it's not that cheap in the end and there is definitely no refund!

DO NOT buy from Wowcher.com. It is a rip-off. I had a very bad experience with them! I bought a voucher for a saloon, when I called the saloon they said I have to pay extra (double the voucher) and I decided to cancel the voucher! Here, what wowcher.com does is they give you credit in your Wowcher.com wallet instead of refunding you back to your original payment method. I didn't mind and I thought I would purchase something later. When I checked my credit it was expired! Because I had to use it within 3 months! So they took my cash, turn it into credit on their website, and took it out of my wallet (using the word expired) without receiving anything in return! To me, this is stealing! I tried their customer service, but they kept repeating, it is expired! How cash can become expired! And that was my cash! They literally took my cash out of my wallet!

The website is horrible, unnecessarily complicated. I ordered a bed because I thought it was cheap. I then thought it will be delivered not knowing that I had to claim the bed with my wowcher wallet. When I eventually did, it now asked for about 40 pounds for delivery which was never stated before when I made the actual payment. I decided I no longer wanted it so I had to transfer back to my ''wowcher wallet'' but to get a refund is so complicated, there's no telephone number. I regret using this site.

I emailed them, they then replied saying I will not get a refund to my bank account even thou they are 100% aware that the product was never shipped out to me.

Two months ago I ordered bunk bed for 259£ from Wowcher (bed provided by sleeping softly or furniture4you) I never received the bed and asked for refund. Never received refund either. I can't communicate with non exciting fraud company. There is no customer service. Via WhatsApp I have multiple promises that I will receive my refund.

I cannot get my £300 back from WOWCHER for mine delivery of goods. The retailer said I will never receive my goods and can o my claim money back from WOWCHER BUT THEY DO NOT ANSWER. Shocking. THEY ARE THEIVES.

Shocking customer service. Product not available so advised by supplier to contact Wowcher for refund. A week now and still no reply after various WhatsApp messages. Not even cheap when delivery is added on. Will never use again. Should be refunding people ASAP in this current climate instead of keeping hold of our money. Would give nil stars if I could

Bought voucher for afternoon tea. Was charged an extra £4.99 to go on a VIP list which I knew nothing about.
I know it is not much money but I asked them to refund it. This has gone on for weeks. Eventually they refunded £27.99 and kept £4.99.
So the entire deal was cancelled...no aftenoon tea.
They sent me an email saying they were refunding me £27.99 and that was what appeared on my bank statement. However they sent me a photo on whatsap saying they had refunded £32.98
Would never deal with them again. After reading comments I dont know how they are still trading..
