Scamming useless customer service. I WANT MY REFUND! I have asked for a manager since the 9th of June and I'll get is someone will get back to you in 48 hours no one has. Absolutely disgusting! Do not use

Warning about Wowcher
All customers beware, I purchased a deal as a gift for someone but unfortunately they couldn't use it in the dates supplied. I booked it through the actual vendor instead and got it for the same price.
I have continuously asked Wowcher for a refund as it hasn't been used or booked but they have REFUSED and a £100 of my money sitting with them and they will not give it back.
You can not speak to someone in person about your problems?!. They make you WhatsApp them with an automated service which keeps repeating the same thing and that they have credited the money onto my account?!. So basically I HAVE to spend my hundred pounds with them, which I do not want to buy ANYTHING with them.

This is an absolutely shocking and unbelievable service. Terrible customer service and management.
I can tell you that I will NEVER purchase another thing from Wowcher ever again. And as a customer I should be bake to request a refund for something I have never booked or used.

This company is disgusting. It's just a scam. DONT USE IT. You will be sorry if you do. It's such a con.
I have never used it before, so genuinely didn't know what I was doing. The first thing I bought was a pair of suitcases, I just thought oh they will run up, and went in holiday for a week, where u decided to to buy some garden furniture, I paid £589 with free delivery for garden furniture, I was waiting for a confirmation email, which never arrived. But I was bombarded by Wowcher emails trying to sell me something, so I unsubscribed to it the company, eventually I managed to talk via what's app, and apparently I was supposed to buy a voucher costing £39! This was not visable when I paid my money for the product so had no option but to pay more. The suit cases voucher apparently had run out and guess what no refund. Dreadful dreadful company. Buyer beware!

I purchased this item and I paid for it@ £20 so far even though the item was listed £12.99. The difference was supposed to be the delivery charges however when to redeem the voucher they asked to pay another £4.99 for delivery-again! I asked for a refund but they just sent me an automatic message and nobody real is answering to my issue! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Took my money never sent me no codes avoid these at all costs they make out there trying to reply and help via email but nothing comes through. BAD BAD BAD AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAMMERS

My mother died, I could not redeem the wowcher i had also health problems and such as tumours in my ankle and kidney issues, and a heart condition, I WhatsApp Wowcher explaining this and that even with all this i had tried contact the providers to let them know, and could not get through wowcher refused to give and refund, please do not use them ever heatless no feeling terrible organisation

Feeling scammed! Purchased a product which hasn't arrived. Wowcher claiming voucher not redeemed and expired…no refund due. It's taken 33 hours to get a response on WhatsApp which is essentially a cut and paste of T&Cs and don't answer original query. Sent response immediately with no reply to date. I will never use again…avoid at all costs!

Just had a refund recently in the last 2 months for an experience that I couldn't go to due to time and resources, and they credited it to my wallet just to find 2 months later it's all gone over £100 in there, it hurts as it's states in the terms of the wallet that it's valid for 3 months and it has been only 2 months since the original email, this is illegal behaviour at it's finest as no warning or confirmation that it was going to be invalid and no way to contact the company about this matter, I expect a refund of the credit or this is going to be taken further.

They are a front for online scammers and are accomplices to thievery. Ordered a bed through their site. Delivery days came and went. Wowcher inform me to contact merchant so I do. Lied to several times and given multiple different delivery days. Finally give up and go back to wowcher, after searching finally have to use a WhatsApp number. So I do. Hours later recieve an email... wowchers solution?!... to email the same merchants I have provided them proof are liars and copy me in?!?! WOWCHER WHAT COULD THIS POSSIBLY ACHIEVE! I will be reporting to trading standards, watch dog and anything else I can think of!

Dont buy form this bad company. Read all these reviews I only lost £25.00 could have been worse no phone number no contact they even control their own reviews you wont find any negative ones

Never hotel pillows in there life. Maybe discounted but still not worth the money.
Waste of money

I had to give this review one star as I had no option to give Wowcher a zero rating. A shockingly complicated site to use, customer service via WhatsApp and in slow motion and every excuse in the world not to give you money back. All other reviews seem to have experienced what I have. This site is without a doubt my worst online experience and has left me £200 out of pocket.

I bought a holiday package which I had to cancel due to change in circumstances in Jan and I refunded my money in the wallet of wowcher. It was my first experience and I did not check the wallet although I am using wowcher since long time but not very actively.However when I tried to book another holiday package in April, my balance of £89 (refunded) has gone with no reason. I did not receive any warning email that my time is going to expire and I will loose my balance in Wallet if I did not use it till such date. As it is my money, it must be there as long as I don't use it or it must be returned to my credit card if wowcher don't take care my money when it is refunded from vendors directly. I would say that wowcher is totally a scam and grabbing money from innocent people without bringing it into their knowledge, don't trust them and even the products sold on this platform are very expensive, compared to eBay and Amazon. This is really a disappointing as I have requested many time on their what's up chat but they are sending same response again and again instead of providing an email address or number of superior authority.
Please don't trust it and stop buying on this app.

Wowcher took my money for a mystery parcel of £9.99 which cost me £14.98 and then fail to deliver. On their website, there isn't a contact link or a complaint page. And I have no way of getting my money back.

WOWCHER LIVING SOCIAL IS A SCAM PLEASE DONT USE THEM. I ordered 2 trees which I didn't receive. You will get an email with voucher codes for free money which sign u up for a vip monthly charge.
Trading standards should shut them down.

Be VERY CAREFUL, I got a refund as I didn't realise the item hadn't been dispatched so no longer needed it, I didn't know you couldn't get a refund to your bank account. Money down the drain as it was refunded to my wallet which I didn't know had an expiry date! Very sneaky company don't know how its allowed.

Having reached the point of despair with redemption of vouchers / missing item etc I complained via WhatsApp. Eventually chatbot gave way to human who actually listened and responded with a refund of excess postage paid - did get the feeling this company are listening to complaints now and making a real endeavour to improve Customer Service - I don't usually edit reviews but in all fairness where such efforts are made I felt it reasonable to acknowledge them in the hope of sustained improvements
