You see things on their site after seeing ads on the TV they offer vouchers? Then wanting to take £15 from your bank ea month. I just want things ordered and paid for not vouchers, then you realise it`s a CON.
TRY and get your MONEY BACK small print says you can`t get a refund, then try and get in touch with them? It`s not possible No telephone number Yes an EMAIL address but they do not respond.
SORRY YOU HAVE LOST YOUR MONEY They want shutting DOWN.TOTAL RIP OFF

What a shambles this company is, nothing is straightforward. Apparently, you pay, claim the voucher on the app and have the items sent. I don't know how long it expires, once it does no refunds are issued, they give a credit note instead. They keep insisting you repurchase it again even though you don't want it. This simple request goes ignored. Refunds are not negotiable. This is a con and a scam. They've scammed me and are they scamming the store by holding their funds by not placing customers' orders? Regardless will warn people to avoid this unethical, thieving site.

I purchased a wowcher for a 2 course meal and a comedy show with drinks. So I book a hotel in London as we live in Northamptonshire. Pay a small fortune in train fares. Arrive at the venue to be told we are the only ones booked and they weren't putting the comedy on. We left and I am flaming furious! What will be done as far as a refund is concerned and paying towards our totally unnecessary expenses? First time I've ever used wowcher and what a sham!

Dont buy its a scam they sell vouchers not a goods. Paid 29.99 £ send me a voucher which expires within couple days. Than send me 5 £ in another voucher. I give up just write this review. Not worthy of purchase!

I've been waiting for a refund for ages now from either wowcher or the company who supplied it helloreferbity. I am just getting fobbed off and am now out of pocket.

I made a purchase 4 days ago for an exercise bike, they charged me 70 pounds for the promotion including delivery There was nothing about delivery being paid 3 days later I check the website and I have to pay 30 pounds for delivery to arrive in more than 15 days the same product on Amazon was 100 pounds, delivery included and would arrive in 4 days It's not worth it and they don't offer support or cancellation options they should give it since the order was not delivered nor was it prepared I will NEVER buy from this site again

Small print, radio buttons Voucher validity extensions all designed to confuse and take money you think you're paying for postage, turns out it is voucher extensions even when you don't want it or know what it is T and C s state VVE is non refundable customer service shocking. Just crooks avoid this site

I tried to create an account, sent me email to reset password, when i had reset,
I still could not logrn. I will not waste my money with wowchet they are a bit my Temu maybe sharing selling customet details. Be careful everyone, do not purchase from Wowcher, it's all a scam these they, don't know who to trust, buy from shop, or Amazon.

Order a clearance voucher and what I received wasn't worth the extra postage I had to pay never mind the cost of the voucher if anyone is thinking of buying one of these deals don't waste you money there just junk that other customers have managed to return and not worth the money you are expected to pay I got sent a dog bed and can get same one on Temu for half the price of voucher and free delivery so voucher are scam and you are paying for junk.

The site is very confusing! If you click on something accidently the next thing they are deducting from your bank account for subscriptions you did not want! Heaven help you if you place a order and then cancel it! They have no customer service whatsoever and trying to get your money back which is the law within 14 days is virtually impossible! They just do not care and do not listen to you! I have been trying to get a refund which they insist on refunding with wowchers which I do not want!

Absolutely appalling! Do not use them they are thieves. Took £20.00 out of my bank for the item. Then another £5 for some VIP thing I did not agree to. Items never arrived and when I contacted them about it they said it was my fault as I never redeemed the voucher which had now expired so I couldn't have a refund! Never heard anything like this! Am now perusing through PayPal. Don't bother othering from them!

Bought a voucher back in July for £265 and didn't work so gifted myself it still didn't work couldnt get through in number or emails kept bouncing back eventually got a what's app number and got told no sorry not untitled to refund or money back because am to late even though the codes didn't work,very disappointed in this company and now £265 out off pocket through no mistake off my own

OK I buy a laptop that is 10yrs out of date. I get given credit that I cant spend? I bought a blanket that was stolen from my front door WOWCHER are evil nothing good comes from them full of empty promises If a deal is seeming to good to be true it most likely is

Having paid, got voucher for Ricco push chair including postage only to be told that the push chair manufacturer had gone into administration and I had to claim from the administrator!

I bought a shaver for my Fíance and it overheated and wouldn't charge after just 5 weeks. The seller was contacted and as it was over 30 days they washed their hands of it and so did Wowcher. How can you anticipate that its going to stop working after the 30 days. Shocking attitude and experience.

Product I ordered was not delivered. Neither Wowcher or PayPal are helpful. They are useless. I can't afford to lose this money.
