I had ordered a garden tool at 49.99 and was advised my voucher had expired

I have charged back with my bank after explaining the poor practice with wowcher I was advised by the bank this could possibly be overturned by wowcher though credited back my funds.

After having similar automated messages on there whatts app.

I have left a negative review on Trustpilot to be then contacted regarding a refund onto my wallet within the wowcher app.

My advice would be contact your bank to charge back if out of pocket and no goods received and leave a review on Trustpilot as contacted within a day.

Just purchased a 2bed + mattress. Once redeemed it's too late. You have to redeem it to complete the purchase and be informed about the delivery date. Bad news my delivery date was THREE MONTHS LATER! I was unhappy and wanted cancel the purchase. That's impossible to do after it's redeemed. Even my bank or PayPal I use couldn't do anything about it. Wowcher won't answer but in order to contact my alleged vendor Wowcher asks me to give them my bank details and pay 1$! Wowcher is a money grabber organised scam.

Wowcher emailed me to say goods were delivered which were not delivered. Not saying which company delivered to me?

PLEASE DO NOT USE WOWCHER - REFUSE TO REFUND - BEWARE

If a voucher is not redeemed merchant does not receive the order so Wowcher keep your money and don't offer a refund!

Disgusting company that doesn't take care of its customers and the only thing that they look at is profit and scamming customers.

My voucher was going to expired in a few days and I went to the website in my phone to download and use it that day.
By mistake and because the website is not designed properly I pressed the button "extend" I even didn't notice it.

I download the voucher and closed the website. I opened my email and I received the bill of the extension of the voucher...than I didn't want to buy at all! They took the money without any warning and any message to make aware the customer that he was going to buy something! Absoluting appalling behaviour, a behaviour that a scam website could have.

I used the voucher the same day, as I was planned to so I DIDN'T NEED the extension. I try to explain to them but the customer service is totally pointless, they see money in and it is the only thing that they care, again, disgusting!

Never ever again! Million of other site do your job much much better and without scamming people, you should be reported!

Absolute nightmare dealing with them - booked a 4 day holiday, costs kept rising, flights rescheduled 3 times, no cash refund ( just credit) and credit taken back by wowcher unexpectedly 3 months later. Utter minefield dealing with them

Wowcher/Living Social -same people and absolute Crooks. They advertise items on TV (my case a wheelbarrow £39.99) then when you have paid them they tell you some nonsense about a voucher that is invalid and you can't have your money back or the goods either- Absolute swindlers -

Shocking service, difficult to communicate with and almost impossible to get a refund after supplier failed to send goods. Woucher voucher system is total rubbish and I am really lucky I paid by PayPal who refunded all but my carrier costs which is ridiculous considering the goods were never sent.
Be safe don't use Wowcher.

This company is despicable in their dealings with end customers and client merchants.

Avoid dealing with them on any business level

Spent £136.99 got.essavesayi use another payment method an it had taken the only ive spent hours trying to get conta to with them an also got a scammer claming to be an adviser trid to convince me to down load a payment app an go e my details still ha eny gotten through to wowcher

Paid for and ordered my items but they never arrived. Didn't answer any of my emails and still waiting for paypal to sort it out. They have my money but I have no items. Now, 6 weeks later, paypal has decided in their favour, even though I have I have not received the item and they never replied to my 8 ( Eight!) emails. Never got any email verification off them or anything. Total scam and rip off!

I had £34.99 in my So called Woucher Wallet. I did not know it was due to expire as the Don't Tell You. Sadly I found it had just expired yesterday after I tried to pay for good ls getting ordered today 6 th February. I tried getting in touch with them but all they do is point out the T. G.No refund it's Expired You lose all your money. It's really not fair perhaps not legal either. I would never recommend them to anyone. I run a business over 36 years,I would never deal with customers in this way. Don't Deal with them. I feel totally let down my cash is as good as Stollen.

The customer service is really bad as it feels they keep you at arms length to communicate with them only via a WhatsApp bot. They enticed me with a spa only to find out after going through their long process to acquire it, the spa was not available for our anniversary so we had to book elsewhere. Then with the tricky to access customer service bot I finally got through to request a refund and they enticed me to put the funds in a wallet, at the time I wasn't sure if they did refunds. So I accepted, I tried looking for something of interest that I needed however there was nothing. When I looked the took the funds from the wallet then citing rules of a time limit and went away with my £140. They did give me another short period of time after I pressed via WhatsApp. However there was nothing I needed to buy and they took off with my £140 as if they worked hard for it and I have nothing.

I've never experienced this before, except when someone tried to rob me at school, but even then I got it back.

Paid £87 for heated blankets didn't arrive so contacted customer service and told my wowcher had expired so can't get a refund absolutely sick as we are pensioners I didn't realise you had press a third button to get purchase.please stay clear of this company. Wish I had read the reviews before buying,

Do not use this website. I purchased a holiday to Lake Como with flights and hotel "included". There was no flight information given once purchased so I redeemed the voucher assuming this would then allow me to select flights. I was then called by a travel agent who told me that the flights to Lake Como would get us to Italy at 11pm at which point the train to the hotel would not be running so we would have to pay €120 for a taxi. He then offered to switch the flights to more reasonable times but said this would cost an extra €79 per person on top of the already paid voucher price. I have contacted Wowcher several times about an refund and they have not responded. The customer service is appalling and the vouchers have several hidden costs which are unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

Charged for voucher extension which appeared to be postage cost & VIP year so cost me an extra £9 - have managed to request refund for VIP rubbish, but told the other 3.98 is non refundable. Such a con - won't be buying from them again!

Paid for goods in Nov. Didn't see voucher emails due to large amount of Wowcher adverts flooding ing my email inbox. Redemption date and extension date now expired and no refund available so have lost £30.00 + Will definitely not be using this outfit again despite the stated prices. Feel as though I have been "ripped off"

Please I urge all victims to report to Action Fraud. This company is trading in a manner that takes money and never refunds all money when item doesn't get delivered.

Ordered a 3 tier heated airer with cover. Took over 6 weeks to arrive...with no cover. Report issue and was informed they would send the cover separately. Chased 2 weeks later and was told they are out of covers and offered £10 refund. A replacement cover costs £40 and the product is pretty useless without the cover. I requested to replacement cover or return for full refund and have had zero response since. Scam company importing cheap chinese crap. AVOID
