With a we really couldnt care that your husband has cancer and because of the treatment has been unable to activate the vouchers we were given by his son kind of attitude! The expiry date to use them had passed and to be honest it wasnt the first thing on our minds as my husband had 2 operations with life changing consequences. I have requested that we can have them extended and the reply was curt and non flexible that they had expired oh and sorry to hear about your husbands cancer. Wow! Lovely way to treat my husband after his quite traumatic time of late! Will NEVER buy from WOWCHER again. My rating is zero but there is no facility for that

Well yesterday i revieved the jumper i bought via wowcher absolutely nothing like it is in the pic first of all a child would sruggle to fit into it and it is very poorly made suppose to be 100 % pure wool definitely not wool but unsure what kind of material as there is no labels inside. One arm is 4 ins shorter than the other it has what i can only describe as a massive band around the bottom of it which is unevenly sewing. This so called jumper was suppose to be £40.00 i got it for £11.99 and paid £3.99 for postage so i reckon thats rather expensive for a duster i did consider handing it into my local charity shop as i am a gift aider but could you imagine how embarrassing that would dont even think they would except it. Shame on wowcher for selling this item on behalf of this so called clothes company its a rip off...

Myself and my boyfriend bought the £10 mystery gift on Black Friday, with the offer boasting you pay £10 and receive a gift from a list of many top brands- such as a 55" HD TV, echo dot, PS4, refurbished iPhone 6... there wasn't one thing on the list I wouldn't have been happy to pay £10 for anyway. I bought two and my boyfriend bought one. Upon opening my gift, it turned out to be a Star Wars battery operated 3D deco light which I wouldn't be surprised to see in Poundland. I suspected I had maybe got an unlucky draw and perhaps my boyfriend might get a slightly better present; nope- he received the same item. In the hope we'd get a strike out of three gifts to prove this was actually a scam- instead my second item didn't even turn up. So between us we paid £30 and received two Poundland quality toys that I wouldn't even give to my nephews for Christmas. I suspect I am not the only person this has happened to, and I doubt I will be the last. My initial thought was to complain to wowcher but based on reviews I have read about their complaints and returns department, I imagine this would be a huge waste of time aswell. I will never buy anything from this site ever again, and I suggest that neither do you. I will be posting reviews like this on site forums until my purchases are refunded along with everyone else who has been conned into this "deal". If wowcher wish to get anywhere with their business, I suggest removing all deals of this nature.

Despite the great looking offers on this site I wouldn't trust them 100% because there's a catch to getting something for so cheap. I've only ever made one purchase for some photos which were quite successful but when looking into buying some cosmetic surgery I did research on the offers and many google reviews explained that it was a scam and/or the service was incredibly bad. The holidays also seem a bit off with the cheap airlines and such but I guess it's down to you to research before making a purchase regardless of the price.

I would love for them to have a reviews/comments section so we could hear from others but obviously not going to happen as I'm sure sales would drop. Costumer service is also non-existent so if something goes wrong, good luck trying to get a refund (which you can't get with the majority of offers)
