Wowcher is a total rip off selling poor quality goods the goods are from china and very poor forget wowcher customer services its useless they dont issue refunds for goods purchased any refund is half the amount you originaly spent put in what is called a wallet with a limited time to spend your credit needs investigating seems to take you money and not send you the goods one instance was we purchased a bra that was £9 pounds and was charged £20.95 for 3 they never turned up found out we had been charged £60.00 for one item and couldn't get a refund customer services that is via whatsapp says refunds are not part of their policy so basicaly its theft statory consumer rights entitle you to a refund but Wowcher doesnt seem to realise this

I purchased a pair of binoculars from thus shower, reduced from £39.99 to an introductory offer of £9.99, seemed a bargain. Then hit with £5.96 postage. 3 emails stating delivery would be 31. 08. 21. 3 weeks after purchased, second email stating the same then it turned up on 21. 08. 21, nice and early. What a pile of garbage this product was, not worth £1.50 let alone the £9.99 offer price and as for the £39.99 original price, less said the better. If you use these you will probably get stiffed on the postage for a pile of garbage that is not fit for purpose. I am now trying to get a refund. But I have to pay for the return postage! Avoid like the plague.

Don't bother. Wowcher look like good deals but underlying delivery charges and no chance of a refund should anything go wrong or change your mind.

Charged me twice for delivery when items are being delivered to same address on the same truck.

Even the company selling the item said it was a scam and that wowcher should definitely refund one lot of shipping.

You can't call them and their advisors on WhatsApp are no help / will not put you through to any managers.

Absolutely disgusted. Wowcher take your money then do not deliver. Do not use them, they are cowboys! You may as well pay money and burn it. I have contacted them for a refund but no answer and their form and other contact methods do not work on their website. They make it very hard for you. Deco Matters refunded me but Wowcher did not. Just about says it all really.

I booked an activity as a gift, when I tried to redeem it I was advised by the activity company that they had never given Wowcher authorisation to sell their products/services. I tried to contact Wowcher, the email address and phone number on their website do not work, the only way to contact is through Facebook or WhatsApp, which I don't have, had to get a friend to contact for me. They eventually agreed to refund my money. I told them that if they didn't remove the offer I would report them to Trading Standards as they can not offer something for sale that is not available, this was three days ago and the offer still hasn't been removed. I will never use Wowcher again.

Sent me a naff free gift for delay in my order then told me they had delivered my goods. No refund no customer service no one manning phone lines rude staff when you get a chance to talk on wassap. No help what so ever. WARNING STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

So bought the £10 garden and I emphasise garden here deal! Waited in anticipation and I got a cheap fleece throw. Nowhere on the mystery prizes did it mention a fleece throw nor do I see the relevance of that being in the garden prize neither. Very dissapointed I understand pot luck but why advertise prizes and give me something that isn't on the list. Hmmmmm rather have my money back if they can't send me something for the garden.

Poor customer service extremely poor communication unreliable merchant time wasters stay away from wowcher wallet NEVER accept they trick you with misleading jesters and if you have a problem you won't get your money back they are really disgusting and no procedure to complain very bad every company should have a complaint procedure especially when handling customer money

We bought 2 4fits magnolias trees from wowcher promotions online sales. After 10 weeks still nothing has been change. When I reported to wowcher they advice me to contact the merchant directly. After wasting 3 weeks even plant merchant did not contact me. Finally they asked me to returned the 4 fits high plant with box and pay the posting and box charges by myself. A ridiculous service by wowcher. Never buy anything from wowcher again.

Bought a bed and mattress in March that on delivery was no where near fit for purpose! Missing parts and cheap torn material. I have been waiting for the bed manufacturer to collect it and take it back. Loads of empty promises.

Wowcher won't refund my money until the bed goes back. I'm £200+ out of pocket!

I purchased a Mattress on Wowcher and paid 19.99 delivery. Firstly the mattress did not arrived on the date it supposed to arrive I had to chase it and when it finally arrived I got a different mattress, I contacted the supplier Mattress Heaven who agreed to collect the mattress at their own cost however they don't accept they are misleading people and the customer service asked me to contact Wowcher and told me they did not charge me for the delivery but Wowcher, when I checked my bank the delivery fee was paid to Livingsocial
There is no number to reach Wowcher and still waiting on whatsapp for an answer

When I tried to check where my order was in transit. My order didn't move from day one and every day i checked it still didn't move. To cut a long story short I went onto the woucher site again and the progress bar was gone. I don't know where my bike now. Because there's no way to track it now... a bit dodgy and was meant to be delivered yesterday from bing bang bosh be careful folks

I ordered a summer mystry gift from wowcher. Waited for it to be delivered, had the email to say it's been delivered to me by myhermes but it never arrived. No one to speak to. Total waste of money

2 years ago we purchased 5 night away to Venice with our 3 year old son then. We upgraded to better hotel and food incl, extras costed good for few hundreds. We should to fly out on 6th March 2o2o. With obvious situation at that time in Italy I contacted them wanting to cancel or postpone but I've been told that it's my choice not to go and they won't refund. Even for food! Also 9h before scheduled travel they sent an email stated that our hotel got closed due to covid and we will be put somewhere else. Venice has been locked down on 8th. We've lost all the money.
Recently I was naive to trust them again and purchased 2 palm trees. The delivery was delayed for a month and the state of them is shocking! Dry, broken and I'm pretty sure dead. Im not even going to bother to contact anyone. My nerves are much more important. I am aware that it's kind of dealing with different companies through wowcher but dear God, the companies they advertise/sell products are $#*!! Basically one big scam. Never again.
