If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Never bought anything from them before and wasn't aware I had to redeem my purchase. They took my money and never delivered my purchase. When I asked for a refund they never gave me one. Will never be buying from here again. Also never received a wowcher code so wouldn't have been able to redeem it anyways.

I ordered a family photoshoot (Christmas gift) and asked for gift pack in Nov, didn't receive till middle Dec after chasing it on what's app and Facebook.

Packaged it up and my daughter was due to have her new baby in the new year. Checked dates ect. Anyway my daughter tried to redeem the gift code to find out expired... Bare in mind I never received a email with voucher or reminder to say it was to expire.

Anyway contacted their suppose customer service on WhatsApp /Facebook to be told the voucher expired end of Dec and to check my voucher. Informed them was a gift and no expiry date. They sent me a message stating it clearly states expire date. No refund.

Queried and pointed out where is expire date? Sent pics of vouchers etc.

He sent me a voucher that was supposedly emailed (deffinately didn't receive as was a gift) sent proof of my message vouchers etc and voucher pack... Guess what yeah had an expiry date from Oct to Dec 21 but also stated to be used by June 22. Queried the dates to n/r. Ignored my messages. Then had cheek to ask me for feedback... Bare in mind my case wasn't closed and never had a reply to my queries.

I replied feedback... You got to be kidding me my case isn't answered and not closed. Got a message back sorry I don't understand what is your feedback to our customer service from 0-unsatisfactory - 10 excellent. Replied back 0.

I did get my refund straight away after going through PayPal. And seconds after putting request in received refund.

Stay away from Wowcher. Unable to email or speak to anyone. Can only use Facebook or WhatsApp. Disgusting they Happy to take money but hard to get refund.

First off Wowcher is a subscription site and they will set up recurring automatic payments to paypal or your cards. I didn't realise this but did notice it and cancelled automatic payments from Paypal.
Secondly the customer service is without doubt the rudest I have ever encountered in addition there is no customer service. They simply parrot lines at you then hang up.
I would think thier website and adverts contravene trades description, you don't get what is advertised and it astonishes me the company is still allowed to trade.

Do not use, do not pass go, do not let them collect your $200, just turn around and go find a more reputable online sales site.

DO NOT waste your money, this site basically mugs you and leaves you feeling crap. Refuse to refund. They are toaly ignorant and treat you like a joke. Refusing they had not recieved my return regardless of proof of tracking and photo from delivery company. Also ended chat if not reposted immediately and also close the chat when they had enough of talking to you. You can buy everything they sell from China yourself and still save some money. I bought 2 robot vaccummes that was useless, no suction. I posted back using hermes and supplied all details. They state they have not recieved anything even though the photo shows the parcel in their warehouse. BTW still not got my money back.

The worst company i ever came across. Crooks! The take you money, dont deliver, dont refund! They say they will give credit, and expires without telling you anything

Imagine buying goods from a well known auction site if there was no process for rating and no process for getting your money back. Welcome to wowcher. A front for online merchants who are protected from consumer rights because all you bought was a voucher to exchange for their goods.

I was scammed into buying two cheap plastic made in China garden hoses worth about £3.99 by a clever photo and a "discount" from £26.99 to £9.99. The "merchant" never replied to my messages and eventually Wowcher refunded me the cost IN THE FORM OF A CREDIT VALID FOR 3 MONTHS, but not the £6.00 postage. I used the refund to buy some towels, which I never received. I was told they were lost in transit. I got another credit refund which I used to buy some other Bath Sheets reduced from £46.99 to £18.99 They weren't bash sheets but much smaller bath towels and the quality was appalling The thickness was like a tea cloth, lower quality than a £2.50 bath towel from a cheap supermarket. The pictues on Wowher were fake and thee towels I gt were not the ones on the manufacturers website, where the genuine towels were £19.99 not £49.99. It's a game of diminishing returns. If I send them back I lose the postage every time and end up with another rubbish item you wouldn't buy from a market stall. The discounts are fake and the goods are just low quality rubbish

Purchased a wowcher voucher in excess of £100 as a Christmas gift. I didnt realise i had to redeem the offer. Tried to book the much needed spa day after working as nurse all over Christmas and new year and told the voucher has expired and cannot have a refund. Absolutely disgusting will not purchase from wowcher again.

Buyers beware, Wowcher are scammers, on 2 December I ordered 4 pairs of mesh shoes fro Wowcher, for good one week after taken my from my account, I was unable to redeem as their website will not accept my postcode, after many communication with so much stress, it was redeemed to my knowledge, I waited for 3 weeks before 2 pairs out of 4 arrived, several attempt was made to get the other 2 pairs was to no avail, 5 weeks later, Wowcher told me that, my order has not been redeemed and that I have lost my money because my voucher has expired

I bought items from wowcher on 4 th of December. One of the items was bought by mistake I request a refund on the 12th of December and waiting for the delivery of the one I bought. They were not no delivery and no refund. It was the same item I bought twice by mistake. As there was no delivery until Christmas I resquest both refunds now I am not hearing anything until today the said is already 14 days I can get my money back just I need to spend on their item. I bought 4 th and request on 12 th. I think these is a scam company request untrustworthy company

Bought a watch through Wowcher/Easy living or whatever their useless sister company's called. Watch arrived but the watch is stolen (still paired with its original owner).
Emailed Wowcher, someone called Noah picked it up. Helpful at first but then went silent. It's been months since they took my money and weeks since the watch was sent back. And now everyone's silent.

Disgraceful!

Don't respond to complaints. Refuse refunds and send incorrect products. This company should be reported to trading standards

Today I tried to order a kids doodle pad for £7.99. I was immediately charged £227.94. It seems I purchased other items like an umbrella, kids building block, an Armani watch, Christmas crackers etc... I did not even click on those items, never mind order them. I tried to cancel immediately but Wowcher only accepts WhatsApp messages... I paid via Paypal so I have opened up a fraudulent activity case. I hope Paypal will see it for what it is and pull the money back from Wowcher to reimburse me. This was shocking for a well known website to do this.
Edit: After a WhatsApp exchange, and reminding them of the Distance Selling Legal rules, I was fully refunded. I've tried to unsubscribe three times, but those ‘offers' just keep coming! Put simply, Do Not Use.

I placed an order with Wowcher on the 21st October 2021 at 18:53 ( order: ******* Wowcher code: G3GJ3H-TJSQNT) but realised I had ordered the wrong mattress, so I did not redeem this order.
I then placed an order for the correct mattress on the 21st October 2021 at 18:55 (order: ******* Wowcher code: DHQ3DV-SNNU4N) this I did redeem and was advise delivery would be by the 5th November 2021. The mattress has not been received as of today!

They take your money but you never see the product you have paid for, if you are lucky to get hold of someone all you get is the same rubbish over & over again. Over a month I have been trying to find out if/when i will be getting my item to no avail. So trust me you will spend money on a product and then money on P&P but never get the item. Read the other reviews on this company! How they are allowed to trade and steal money off hard working people is beyond me, it is sickening. Scam company! Only gave one star because you couldn't give it none.

Ordered this item for my daughter had been renovation my property i trusted the buyer in delivering the correct items so did not open the items until we had competed the renovations.
When seen the item in their packaging totally different to what was in the picture very disappointed the mattress larger than the base they had sent me a double bed and king size mattress headboard was to small could not even see it all I wanted was an exchange but was told no due to a few months over but the packaging was still on the bed plus I had sent them photo as requested very disappointed never buty anything off them again no help from the support team.

Ordered Oversized Blanket Hoodie (Merchant Hunndo-P)

I redeemed my voucher with the 'merchant' on 18/10/21 and paid £4.99 for delivery.

The estimated delivery was for 27/10/21

I attempted to contact the merchant but they're site advises I needed to contact WOWCHER.

I contact wowcher on 28/10/21 as my delivery hadn't arrived via whatsapp so they emailed the Merchant on my behalf.

I received an email from the merchant advised my package has now been processed yesterday 03/11/21 and is now due 8/11/21

AKA the merchant didn't process my order on 18/10/21 and only processed it yesterday due to Steve at wowcher sending them email on the 28/10/21

The gift was for my daughter, her birthday as been and gone and I'm down £19.99 + £4.99 postage waited over a month for this item.

Spoke to WOWCHER again today and they have to send another email to the merchant which again will take 48/72 hours for response.

All I want is a refund!

DISGUSTING SITE..."VERY" misleading regarding offers, customer service is NON EXISTENT,! OH & good luck trying to get your money back.
STAY AWAY FROM@ WOWCHER. I KNOW "DOZENS" OF PEOPLE WHO FEEL THE SAME AS I DO.(Sorry just being honest).

You will find the exact same thing elsewhere much cheaper than the so called cheap price, i quickly found some garden lights, some garden planters and other things which were supposedly cheap on wowcher at a fraction of the cost on ebay
