I paid for our item, and only once paid was I asked to make a further payment for delivery. The item arrived open, damaged and missing parts. The merchant was helpful and said the courier was negligent. She confirmed they couldn't refund delivery charges as they don't charge! I had to use WhatsApp to communicate with Wowcher and they said they don't charge delivery! When I asked him to confirm that in an email he suddenly offered a credit to my wallet. When I asked for a refund and would he please escalate, the call cut off and went to a survey. I've now contacted them 3 further times and before they've even read my messages they just refer to the merchant. I then get another survey to complete and there it ends. A complete loop. I don't want to deal with Wowcher again. The goods are inferior and customer service is truly non existent. I now have £20 in a wallet they say I have to use within a couple of months or I lose it. Very clever Wowcher but totally unprofessional and dare I say verging on fraudulent if not illegal practice.

Don't waste your money on this it is just big enough to fit in your hand an absolute waste of money nothing like it shows and took 3 weeks to come from China l was going to put them on my garden wall but there just about sit on my tiny window sill

Stay away from this website unless u won't need anything from the customer because if you have an issue with the order, the customer service doesn't exist, you have to wait for them to get back to you 3 days later

Feel conned paying for a product then taken to the supplier site again to pay almost same again. Stay away from wowcher!

The service I received from Wowcher was absolutely appalling. Took my money, supplied nothing! Scam?

I purchased 2 driving experiences for christmas for my son and his friend. I thought they were valid for 12 mths. However you have to pay for them, redeem them within a month and then you have the 12 mths.
I didn't realise that. So I have lost £100. They were unwilling to help out. I feel this company is a large con and recommend NO ONE ever uses them

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are thieves. I had £42 in my Wowcher wallet and because I didn't use it for 1 month they just removed it from my wallet. The customer services said sorry computer said no, it's in the t&c that if you don't use it you'll loose it. THEIVES!

Ordered garden furniture £139 I inquired when would it be delivered only to be told I did not redeem my voucher and so it was cancelled plus I could not be refunded. I have gone through all my emails and no voucher there so they sent me one and when I clicked on it it still stated expired will never order off this company again

Ordered two items at once but was forced to use Wouchers individually and that meant paying the mailing cost twice - plain stupid given that the items were coming from the same place to the same place.

There WhatsApp contact system is appalling as it says they will respond in 24 hours (which they didn't) - and then when they did respond 2 hours outside of that time and I didn't respond to them within an hour, so they closed my query!

They seem to go to great lengths to avoid any normal means of communication like phone or email - forcing customers down the WhatsApp route - which did not suit me at all as I am not a user of that App and didn't want to be forced into downloading it.

They also make it impossible to simply delete your account from their system online - the only way to do it is by WhatsApp, - or if you look online, you can find a phone number or email address for them.

The point is that they just make things difficult to do for the customer - possibly because many (especially non-technical people) will simply not follow through and contact them.

STAY AWAY, STAY CLEAR.

This is a con, rip off. No chance of ever getting a refund.

A whats app contact (automated) which then quotes you are VIP member and you will get a response with 24 hours...
Absolutely a disgrace and con.
This is the worst site ever.
STAY CLEAR OF WOWCHER.

The site will bombard you with emails and spam messages. This is horrendous. Avoid these rip off merchants at all costs

Avoid wowcher did not tell me had to pay 30 quid postage small order scammers be warned avoid at all costs

Up to 25% off airport lounges wow! Cost of lounge with voucher at Birmingham £26.55. Without voucher £29.50. So saving nowhere near 25% and when you take in the cost of the voucher £2.50 the net saving 45p. WOW!

I ordered an item of wowcher and i did not like it had to wait for a whatsapp reply to tell how to send the item back i then did as they asked an sent the item back to them they acknowledged that they had received it back but i never got a refund off them opened a case with resolver and they kept asking me if i would like a replacement or a refund i kept telling them i would like a refund and still kept asking me the same question they had no intention of giving me a refund they kept the item and the money, they have the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I am an elderly disabled man in my eighty's and feel very cheated!

We purchased a "Quilted memory 3000 pocket spring matress where we paid £134 plus £20 for delivery. After having slept on it the first night, places where our bodies laid have sunk! Total disappointment! Our old mattress is in a better condition than this one! I am disgusted that first time ever I bought something from wowcher proved to be totally useless!... to make things worse they tell me I cant return the matress after just one day!... do not have antyhing to do with these thieves!

Ordered a cosmetic machine, delivery charge 10.99, machine delivery date 3 weeks after order, machine £2 cheaper then shop did not realise it wasn't a shop. Do not touch expensive delivery out weighs any cheaper price Avoid

Wowcher charged me for fast delivery with in 3 days lol. Still waiting for my purchase 10 day later have emailed Wowcher and they blame the vender how is selling the product. I have spoken to the vender and they have told me that Wowcher has charge me as the vender do not offer a fast delivery so payed £3.50 for nothing I will never purchase from Wowcher again.

Do not shop with this company for anything, how they haven't been investigated is unbelievable. How they get away with keeping your money if you don't know about redeeming their vouchers and refusing a refund or a new voucher is a disgrace. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE THIEVES

Without doubt the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to buy from. No customer service, I actually think this is one person working from home and from the hundreds of complaints already on various sites I'm not alone. For 5 weeks I've been chasing them / him for a refund which from the looks of it I'm not going to get. I have Whatsapp them 15 times and emailed 6 times and am no nearer a resolution, I have told the CAB about it and written to Trading Standards - I'm now taking them /him to small claims court wish me luck! Someone's got to stop them trading
