Storyline was confusing as subject changed and wasn't written in proper grammar
How experienced are these writers?
Are they still in gradeschool?
This site makes you take a super long time to read a story and repeats over and over. You get a paragraph or two, then have to click " next " The stories never use names or sources and the more I read cfc the more I think they may be fiction to suck readers in for mass advertising.
This website is nothing but a bunch of BS articles, with every page being a bunch of clickbait and a 'NEXT' button. Garbage sites like this should burn. People who make & work for these sites really need to get a life.
I had the misfortune of running across one of your 'fake' stories on Quora, which just caused me to scroll endlessly never getting to the article. What a scam. You are not impressing anyone and I would never buy your product even if it was the last thing to save my life. You should be banned because your advertisements is illegal. It's called 'Bait and Switch'. You lure ppl in for something that turns out to be fake or of less value. Wish I had the 20 minutes back that I wasted on your article and this review.
Sucks sucks sucks. Right in the middle of article, then blame blank. How many times you gotta start over. Really crappy
What a waste of time! Insulting to their consumers! Took the quiz what American Accent do you have. After answering all the questions. My answer was INFANT. I answered 4,% correctly! This was to tell me where my accent is from, not a test of knowledge. And it was not a rest!
Wasted my time! You idiots. You get 0%!
I wanted to know about the Jackie and Tom story but after reading it and clicking next multiple times... none of it answered my questions and just made me question more. They just kept adding useless filler and they made it seem like Tom was this horrible cheater person but it wasnt like that at all, please no one use this website
This site draws you in to stupid stories that you have to waste your time clicking through endless pages to get to a worthless ending. It's designed that way to expose you to endless stupid advertisements to get your money.
Would be 0 stars if I could, stories are terrible and drag on just so they can make a few extra pennies. Never visited a website more aggravating.
THIS WEBSITE HAS MORE FILLER THAN AN ANIME'S SECOND SEASON. THIS WEBSITE IS THE WORST. IVE NEVER REVIEWED IN CAPS BEFORE. I GENUINELY HATE THIS WEBSITE AND I WILL NEVER WASTE 20 MINITES OF MY LIFE EVER AGAIN.
She had no idea what was coming next, she couldn't believe what she saw, what she saw next shocked her, she never dreamed he was capable for such things, it was beautiful.
Absolute null crap, I wish I could report the site for stupidity
I spend some time on a quiz from a link on Quora which said "Ever wondered what kind of American accent you have? Take this quiz and find out.". A map of the continental U.S. had regions colored -- green for Southwest, yellow for Rocky Mountain, etc. For the most part, it seemed like other dialect specifing quizzes except for some really irrating questions. When I'd finally NEXTed to the end, rather than specifing a region, it said "Congraduations. You answered 15 % correctly." I will remember to avoid anything that says "Worldlifestyle".
It's almost remarkable how bad this site is. Everything about the site has been designed to cram dozens of the most obnoxious style of advertisments into your eyeballs while you read the most pointless and poorly conceived stories ever put into writing since the development of writing. Totally devoid of depth, structure, or coherent thought, the articles are presented a few lines at a time, and spread out over a sea of pop-ups and promotions that you have to watch refresh all over again each time you hit the 'next' button to load more of the story. Each time, however, you just get two or three sentences of more nonsense and a new version of the 'catchy' subtitle that grabbed your attention in the first place. I knew it was a mistake clicking it in the first place, but I became almost entranced by how much they'd managed to write without even accidentally saying something of substantive value. Would the next three lines be the ones to finally convey an actual thought? How many ways can they present more information about something without actually informing me of anything? I had to know.
Turns out, a LOT of ways. My morbid fascination kept growing, and I kept clicking until the article had fully deteriorated from trashy click-bait into a raging dumpster-fire of drivel so lacking in anything even resembling respect for for it's audience that I felt almost impressed by their resolve to keep writing garbage with the blatant and single-minded purpose of wasting my time and keeping me clicking. I had to know more about these people - these artisans of utilizing the written word to it's least potential, these paragons of inept and ineffectual communication - who were they? From what pile of reddit-rejected flotsam and jetsam did they crawl out from under? Giving up on the article that drew me there in the first place (I couldn't remember what it was about anyway) I clicked their 'about us' link:
"WorldLifestyle is a premier, advertising-supported digital media platform, connecting audiences to the most shareable content around the globe."
Truly, an entire Masters thesis could be written about the mental gymnastics and cognitive dissonance involved in being a part of Worldlifestyles.com and thinking the word 'premier' is a reasonable choice of adjectives for describing the content on offer there.
I highly recommend visiting their site - it would be a fantastic teaching tool to use as an example of how to write without saying a thing. Also a good teaching tool for how not to build a website, unless infuriating your visitors is the goal.
The website only lets you read a few sentences of an article then you have to press next to make more ads pop up these articles could fit all on one page but that doesn't make them as much money with ads like 20 pages of the same article which is how the site is set up
Gotta agree with everyone here, WorldLifestyle is extremely clickbaitey with no actual content, just an ad farm
I frequently peruse through Quora, reading questions and answers, answering some questions myself. Often I see ads for WorldLifestyle on Quora with an attractive clickbait title, I mean I should know better, but sometimes I just can't help it, only to end up frustrated and annoyed
Each story (if you can call them that) has a few short cliffhanger paragraphs and a photo, split between multiple ad riddled pages, with no real conclusion at the end, leaving you wondering
You just keep clicking "Next", hoping to get to the conclusion, things no longer make sense, only to find yourself in the next "story"
In the end you just get this icky feeling like you just finished reading a spam/scam email
Have seen many articles by them in the past but a recent one about cat giving birth to porcupines prompted me to come on here and hopefully steer others away from it
It's sad because I figured it was a clickbait website because the ad, in comparison to the others, looked more blurred and fake. And I kept reading the incoherent story only to realize that I figured out the ending by looking at the picture of the words written on the receipt (the one where the waitress slips the note written on the receipt to the woman's husband). If I'd known this was for them to get ad play, I would've definitely kept moving. I knew that those fake 'Next' buttons were there and I dodged those. Most people wouldn't, so this website sucks.
Annoying, Furious because i was hoping i was reading juicy gossip, but it turned out to be an endless clicking spree of nothing but reading endlessly. They add to the story and never get to the main point. Its so frustrating because i just wanna read it and get to the main point of the post. The attached image below is the like 14th page of nothingness so far.
Went to read an article about a woman whose husband accepted a note on a receipt from a waitress. 5 pages of complete nonsense, prompting you to click "next" after reading 2 or 3 sentences that had nothing to do with the story. All nonsensical rambling and pointless details like the wife using the restroom the couple wanting a break from their kids.
What really pissed me off though was the old decoy ad-clicking trick of disguising an ad link as the actual "next" button, so you end up redirecting yourself to more spam by accident.
Bad website that contributes to everything wrong with journalism today.
I was just tryna see what the waitress wrote on a note cause I saw an ad. I click on the mf article and they rly had to give me the lady's wholeass lifestory before actually showing me what was on the receipt. To add on to that I kept having to press next after every three sentences. Like just answer the question... Don't play with me
