Wysteria has declared chapter 11. They have stolen over $900 from me with no recourse! They strung me along for several weeks about delivery. Then sent an email saying I would hear from them after the court process was over. Stay away I would have given them negative stars
Bankrupt company still taking orders
I paid for a chair over 2 months ago. Never delivered, no reply to several emails. Customer service is terrible. No chair, no refund, no word. Long term fan, but this is bye bye.
I have loved Wisteria and purchased from them for many years. This has been an eye opener. No way to contact them other than email, which is unanswered.
Actually, this is the third time in 3 months this has happened. I think in the future I will be buying local, where I can take it home after paying for it.
Never recieved the chair I paid for.
