We needed to change driver on the reservation. Wisecars can not/will not change and will not refund

We understand that circumstances can arise where a driver change is necessary, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities. However, it seems there might have been a misunderstanding regarding our policy outlined in the terms and conditions.
Please note that you contacted us past the pick-up time to change the main driver's name as you didn't have the necessary documentation. Unfortunately, changes and cancellations are only possible up to 48 before the pick-up as per our Terms of Service and the reservation is blocked after the pick-up time.
