I have a great shopping experience every time I to the store… smiling face's and they're always ready to help. Big ups to the produces department and the seafood department that's always on point…. Fresh great tasting food. This Winn-Dixie have some pretty great people working for them….

Don't Buy@ Winn Dixie Cocoa Beach, FL.…! They Bait & "STICK YOU"…...! Weekly Sale items are rarely there, especially Fri., Sat., Sunday specials…! They show Sale items to get you in there, and then "STICK YOU" with no stock of sale items. They Expect that you'll make the trip and buy other items Not on sale, to… "Stick It Too You"….! No Rain Checks. Just "SICK IT TO YOU"…! Proven research over many, many, many, months...! Easy Fix…., offer Rain Checks….! Honest & Easy Fix…., they should offer Rain Checks….! They DON'T...! I went to Winn-Dixie around 7 o'clock on October 10 to buy some steaks for after the Buccaneers game by the way we won anyway got the steaks and put them on the grill people started getting sick running to my bathroom it was so embarrassing come to find out all the ribeyes were spoiled called the cashier at Winn-Dixie before I could even tell her which meat it was whether it was the ribeyes or the T-bones she told me and told me That they had been getting the meat returned all week so my question to her was if you already knew the meet was tainted why you keep selling it. The manager then got on the phone and told me that she didn't say that that she couldn't possibly say that after putting me on a long haul and then proceeded to ask for corporate after all I got five people in here with diarrhea stay at Winn-Dixie new Tampa Lutz area Florida

My cashiers name was Jada, she was exceptional! She was extremely nice and super fast, she made the shopping experience amazing!

The customer (un)service at winn Dixie, sting, waiting line so long and the personal are very unprofessional. I'm not gonna buy there anymore

I shop at WD Auburndale at least 4 times a week. They are always helpful and kind. This week, I have a little back injury and needed some extra help. I didn't catch everyone's name who was so helpful today unfortunately, but Tom in produce did my heavy lifting and took everything to my car. The team at this WD is a strong one and I'm sure it has a lot to do with strong leadership. Keep up the great work! Loyal customer here, Karen Farlow.

I went in here a few weeks ago and literally spent $200 and got 1 weeks worth of groceries! I was real disappointed because everything in the fridge made maybe two meals at the most! There were no snacks, no drinks, I missed morning coffee, no breakfast items, no nothing! I got deli meat and it was overpriced per pound. The salmon in the bag was 1/2 the size for the price that I usually get at Walmart and a few other miscellaneous items like olive oil and honey claimed to be sales. They really weren't. Because of the fact I was not able to buy things to drink like juice and soda and there was no money left to buy any snacks was my main concern at this grocery store. Strange how they had been around since I was a kid. Why ever the store maybe struggles financially. Be Leary of their so called 'BOGO' items because I noticed that they just basically double the price of the items so your really just paying for 2 items. They actually force you to buy 2 because they have to double the price. You can't even afford 1 item! The dairy section is very out of control also. A gallon of milk was over $4 when it should have been $1.89. So anyways, I'm just gonna avoid shopping here from now on. Everything I bought here I went to Publix and purchased for $97 so I'm quite sure there's an issue with the pricing. For people with families I don't recommend shopping here. I noticed the aisle condiments, pastas, rices, soups especially were VERY high prices compared to Walmart Supermarkets or Publix who usually puts these items on sale all the time! Their soda section is not as good as Publix or Target. I kinda felt like I was in a desperate situation like buying groceries at a convenient store or something! Lol! Woah! Today August 17th I went to the Winn-Dixie at at 5:30 p.m. 1491 South Dixie Highway in Lantana Florida meat department looking for meat i couldn't find it this employee Norman came over and ask can l help you and he went above and beyond I couldn't believe it going back and forth trying to find what I needed I'm 83 years old this is very rare to find an employee that goes above and beyond

The store itself is good, clean and neat, though.

I entered the starke fl winn dixie on two different occasions and each time I observed the same heavy set manager whispering something about me to other employees. I'm not sure what's the problem with this 1970's hairdo wearing woman but she's certainly not a professional person.

I'm glad they give you the option to wear a mask or not wear a mask if you get the shot it shouldn't matter then whether you're wearing a mask or not a mask you're doing everything that you're choosing for your own body and I like that knowing that they're allowing me to come in and choose whether I wanna wear a mask or not wearing a mask and as long as they do that I will continue shopping at Winn-Dixie and no other store because they're putting me in control of what I want and not what they just want an awesome customer service

My winn Dixie is always understocked. Not just sale items. But today I asked meat department about a item, he was to busy hosing down back to even take a look for the item I asked about. I go to Publix and they go out of their way to help and make a sale. Not Winn Dixie. Just lost a good costumer. Pull up my info I used to spend a fair amount of money in your store. I would rather spend a little more and get what I came for. My time is worth money. Can't go to a store and gamble on if they are stocked or not.

I was buying 2 packs of cookies today in the Ives dairy location, cashier was michael, he was stocked with a customer and his c card, he just was there looking straight and never said to the rest of the line anything to apologize. Almost 10 minutes like this and somebody called a manager, she took customer to another register and while I was paying he was texting on the phone! Every one is very slow and the dont care about customers! Thats the reason I just go for an emergency. Bad service! This people go there to get paid and thats it.

Went in to grab a few items and was out in no time great cause I was late for work. Cashier was helpful and fast.

While standing at the deli counter and 5 people walk by you as if you are not there and then one lady comes out from the back and rolls her eyes at you

Winn-Dixie is great place to shop, great customer service and friendly staff. The store is clean about shopping carts clean too

Yesterday I shopped in the Sebastian Winn Dixie. Inventory was low and I was looking for Marie Cesar Dressing BOGO. I went to the service desk after waiting 10 minutes, I ask for a rain check for the salad dressing. The woman refused to give me one, saying they never know when they will receive replacement stock. Then I went to the deli, with one person on front of me getting 1 lb of american cheese. Again I waited 10 minutes, I ask for 2 different lunch meats that took 14 more minutes to fill my order. Ridiculous, chit chat between employees, one had not passes a drivers test. I know much more than I want to know about personal life of these employees. The place has gone down hill in the past 5 years. I believe I shall not return to this store even though it is in my neighborhood. I am extremely disappointed in this store and the employees.
