The mattress was easy to order online, came quickly and was simple to unpack. I wish it had handles on it as it is heavy and not simple to move around, but generally our experience was excellent

Overall, it was good. The communications from Winkbeds kept us informed every step of the way. The mattresses showed up 9 days after we ordered them, which was a pleasant surprise as we expected them to take 14 days.

Have not unrolled the bed yet so the quality of the product is not part of this rating (waiting for the new bed frame to land). However the shipping receiving part was pretty bumpy - not much clarity about when the mattress was going to land (several shifting dates) and when it did, it was delivered on the outside sidewalk without a ring of the door bell to let me know it had landed. Maybe not an issue in the suburbs, but not the brightest thing in urban San Francisco were occasionally someone liberates a package sitting alone on the sidewalk.

Could not schedule my delivery so i had to take a day off work and the install service was not worth the money. Wouldnt have paid it.

The delivery for the frame was pretty quick and the mattress followed less than a week later. The tracking system was on point and I was so excited to get a new mattress and frame after 8 years!
Honestly, the quality is definitely worth the money, plus you dont have to run around different stores trying to not be pushed by sales people.
I also love that its made from a variety of materials versus the usual foam and gel combo. I feel thats what makes it such a soft yet supportive feel.

The bed is really nice, good quality materials, nicely made, structural integrity on the edges of the bed, and strong innerspring coils. The packaging was convenient as well.

When I had a question, it was days to get an answer. I was not notified of the bed even being shipped. Came home and it was in the patio. This was a huge investment. Wondering how the company will respond to any warranty issues.

It took about 1 to 2 weeks to start seeing it means shipped after purchasing. The mattress protector came first, then the platform, and finally the mattresses. It will come in pieces. Great purchase.

It seems too soft. We also recently tried to see on the website about returns, and because of that, we received letters soliciting us to buy one.

Overall great experience in ordering my mattress and dealing with the customer service team when I wanted to exchange it for the firmer mattress.

My call to Wink was handled by an extremely nice representative. She could not have more eager to answer my questions as quickly as possible.

Easy to order, pretty straightforward, showed up quickly, and a mistake I made on my order was quick to sort out with customer service. Overall very positive. Only feedback is that the 'soft' version of the bed is still somewhat firm.

The company has been great so far. I can only hope their commitment to customer satisfaction will not falter when I ask them to exchange their Firmer bed with the next (and I guess, most firm) mattress they manufacture.

Customer service was excellent. The whole process was very easy. Even when we needed try a different mattress there was no stress from the customer service reps.

No issues or problems. Selecting the type and size of mattress was straight forward. Was able to see price breakdown and able to purchase easily.

I watched a bunch of mattress review influencers, and thought this mattress might be a good fit for my daughter who suffers from chronic fatigue. Ordering was easy and the mattress was delivered in the timeline they promised. Everything looks like it's quality and well crafted. The 120 day trial, the warranty, and being manufactured in the USA gave me confidence to give this mattress a try. I hope she's comfortable in it!

I was recommended a wink bed. I chose the luxury firm to help with hip, shoulder and back pain. Plus we're both side and back sleepers. My boyfriend has less hip pain but I still have back pain. The bed is firmer than we expected.
