Mattress only delivered, not installed.
My delivery was supposed to include installing of the bed, not just delivery to my front porch. This was a tremendous inconvenience for me since I am not home, my wife had to recruit some neighbors to help with the installation. I would like a full refund of the Installation part of the service.
They got it done, but it was hard to watch
They were not professional movers, so they were struggling a bit with the removal of the kind bed, and with carrying the new bed/box upstairs. Also they didn't know they were supposed to set up the bed, so I did it with my husband. That was a communication problem between Wink and Load Up. Nice people - just not professional movers and not prepared to move big heavy things up a flight of stairs.
Communication with Load Up was very good.
We had to postpone delivery a couple of times and it appeared to be no problem. When our driver showed up he was very courteous and professional. It was quick and easy.
Installer delayed delivery by a day
Not a huge deal, but our delivery was scheduled for 12-4pm on 1. 2. 26. We waited at the house until 3:50pm when we got a call from the driver that he needed to reschedule as there was an emergency and he needed to get his child from daycare.
Emergencies happen, but seemed a bit suspect at the end of our time slot.

They did not come with shoe cover so had to vacuum after they left, they said I should have put a note about it but I think with the amount I paid it is white glove.
In and Out in 10 Minutes
Two guys with a pickup truck arrived as scheduled, removed the old mattress, inflated the new Winkbed, and were gone in minutes.
It was nice not to drag i the box and set up the mattress
Load Up crew was efficient and polite. Whole setup time was very quick but complete.

Could have been better
They didn't show on the day we had the appointment and it was difficult to figure how to reach them. They did show up the next afternoon.

I purchased the mattress with the set up and removal option. Although rather expensive, I opted for the convenience. When the day arrived I called the number to get a time estimate but was told that they were unable to reach the crew. I called again several hours after the window and was told that they were again unable to reach the crew and offered to find another. I canceled the install. I understand that things happen but also know that every person in this country has a cell phone and lack of communication is unacceptable especially since I called them twice. Talking about "first impression", I spent an entire day waiting for a crew that never showed up and had to find someone else for the service, poor start for me Wink Bed experience.

The crew who came to install my new bed and remove the old were efficient, exactly on time, and NEVER even nudged a wall or any furniture. Very good crew.
