Lack of communication, inventory issues

I placed an order for an electric board on Wheelster's sister site electricskateboard.com on May 25 2022. Two hours later I received a refund from Wheelster to my PayPal due to the board not actually being in stock. I've attempted to reach out to the team (text and email) to see if they have any similar boards in stock, and I have not received word back. I would suggest trying to reach out to them before placing an order since the site doesn't specify if the product is in stock or not.

I bought a Hummerboard for my son last Christmas. After 2 or 3 rides, it had a malfunction. I called Phil and he answered right away, asking me to ship it so they could look at it. It only took a few days when they had it in hands, and they replaced the faulty parts. Greg even took the time to sens me a pictures and explained to me what caused the damage and how to prevent it next time. Their customer service is undoubtedly one of the best I have ever seen. I highly recommand buying from them, they really care about their customers. Great quality products, great people running this business.

Really good product!

Recently given to my 9 year old son, this scooter is doing very well and is easy to use. The quality of the materials is there and the ride is very good, even for an adult! If you have any question the service group is there and reply shortly. My son love it!

My 2 sons have been very happy with their overboard for over a year, one of them probably forced the charger in and result was a defective charger. After narrowing down the problem, they sent us one free of charge. Highly recommend for the product and service.

W12 electric scooter

I had the chance to be near the warehouse, I was able to see and try the product before buying it. I wanna upgraded from my Segway nanobot L2 for à faster and to improve the distance, when I phone I talked with Phillippe that answer all my questions.
I Am very satisfied of the service and product, I highly recommended Them.

Excellent service

I ordered my daughter's hoverboard online and the delivery went smooth and the product is great.
I want to say a big thank you to Philippe because every time I called or sent a question, he always kindly replied back pretty fast and was so helpful and took his time to answer any question.

I ordered a hoverboard (WHEELSTER Classic Hoverboard 6.5" Black Midnight) for my daughter for Christmas. I was worried about receiving my item on time with the postal strike, so after placing my order on Nov. 23rd, I contacted the company to find out when I should be expecting my order (I wasn't sure where it was shipping from...). I received a fast reply confirming my item was in stock and shipping out promptly on Nov. 24th! I received my item on Nov. 30th. Obviously, my daughter hasn't tried it out yet as it is a Christmas present, but I'll be sure to post some feedback on here once she has! Their website was great and easy to find the right product. Finally, I'm very happy to be encouraging a Canadian company!

I ordered 2 hover boards during the mail strike. First of all while I was looking on there site. And a sales rep or owner. Poped up and helped me out tons! Not to mention got them to my door in 11 days :) their gorgeous camo and gold and I cant wait for the boys to open them on xmas :) Thanks Wheelster... super happy customer!

I asked "Phil" about the inconsistency between Wheelster's shipping policy on the Best Buy website, which states "Seller offers free standard shipping on all orders.", and what happens when going to checkout, which is $34 shipping charge. When I asked "Phil" about this inconsistency, he told me to take my money elsewhere. LOL. Thanks Phil, for the clarity on where not to shop.

Hooverboard

Its very nice to be able to write a review like this. To start with the hooverboard is really cool. My son loves it! Its way more solid than I expected. The real experience here is in the customer service. I ended up with one that had a manufacturing defect. These things happen. My concern was now Im dealing with a business online and no place to bring it physically that I might be given a no end run around, but they were amazing. He took the time to go over any possible troubleshooting. It still didnt work so they with no grief at all sent me out a new one quickly and supplied return shipping as well. I was really happy to deal with them and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Just wanted to clarify we ordered 2 separate boards and they had neither color in stock. Plus we ordered a cart to go with it and in all of my communications back and forth never once was it mentioned they didnt have the cart in stock either till the day my orders were actually supposed to ship which was almost 30 days after I placed my original order... I received a phone call stating there had been a screw up with my order and the cart was going to be another 2-3 months!
My credit card was charged the day I placed my order instead of like most other companies do waiting till order is ready to ship.
