I always walk out of wet seal looking and feeling like a supermodel the clothes are the best and unique in the same sense.
Not sure all these clothes are my style, but I will say I love how they let you search - it's pretty creative. Like there is a category for Little Black Dresses. I think they understand how women think when they're shopping.
Im in love with this store! Everytime i go to the states i spend hundreds of dollars in any wetseal store. Clothes fit perfect like it was made for me and the quality of clothes are A1. Only thing is they do not accept international credit cards but o well i love this store
I got clothes for christmas that didn't fit and went to return them and the lady was so rude about everything bc i didnt have the tags attached even though I had them in my hand along with the receipt. They were gifts and of course people take tags off. She wouldnt give me any money back or store credit. I will not return..
Wet seal is not bad at all. I bought a crochet top and it was really great value for the money. The only thing was that the size was a little on the big side. Other than that, everything was fine. And they also allow online purchases to be returned to their stores. I would shop there again.
Wet seal has beautiful clothing and high quality. The website is super simple and checkout is easy.
I ordered a dress that looked super cute on their website and when I got it I was kind of disappointed in the fabric. I was expecting a good, different type of fabric but I got a cheap looking one. I can't blame the site for that or say that I don't like the site because of that. As online shoppers we have to understand that a product might not look or feel the same once we receive them. Plus, the dress fit great and is still super cute! So, overall, I am very pleased with my experience with WetSeal.com. I like shopping online better than at the real store. And I will continue to shop there.
Ok. Wetseal has some cute fashionable clothes. I ordered a couple items from them about 6-7 days ago and i still havent recived it yet. Why? Because they gave UPS the wrong address. Now my package is in a post office in a different state hundreds of miles away from me. -_-. I contact UPS and they said there is nothing they can do (as usual). I contact Wetseal.com and they said i have to pay to re-route it... um im not paying anything to re-route it because its not my fault they gave UPS the wrong address. So ill just wait until they return to sender and get back my money. I am never ordering clothes from there again. And there is no stores in New York that I know of. So i guess they just lost a costomer. =/

I like the clothes they have on there and the prices aren't too bad either. I ordered my items on a sunday and expected it by friday but i got my items on wednesday so it came early and I was happy about that. The costumer service was great.
I only had two problems, the sizes I got were all wrong the clothes seemed too big to be a medium so I sent them back, so problem solved.
And when I got my box it looked like everything was put in plastic and just thrown in the box. Like my dress wasn't even folded it was just balled up in the box. I called to complain about it and unlike other websites they actually answered the phone and offered a price reduction on my next purchase.
I'll be ordering from them again
