I paid a lot of money for a watch that lasted about a week! Not happy! Now I have to figure out how to get it serviced! Not happy at all!
The watch was delivered super fast, always the best quality and costumer service. This is my 5th watch so far and not a single issue
I ordered a new watch that I've been wanting for years. Upon receiving the watch I noticed right away that the watch had a scratch on the crystal, no protective covering and price tag shoved under the watch. I never put the watch on my wrist and began the return process. Sent pics and explanation that escalated to a phone call to see how "they can fix my issue" like I was having issues setting the time or something. Basically cost me $160 bucks to open a box with a scratched watch and send back. Sure the prices are sometimes good, but I'll spend more to not deal with a company like this again.
I purchased the "Murph" Hamilton watch with the metal and leather bands. Watch face is a clean classic look. The two bands give me the flexibility to have a casual or more formal watch depending on my schedule.
