Walmart Checks

Like everyone else who shops at Walmart, I'm looking for a good price. The advertise price is $7.97 but then they hit you with a four dollar "processing fee". Why not just be decent and honest, and give me the real price in the beginning.

One week after I received my new checks a fraudulent check was present for $6,700 with my routing number, account number and check number from new my checks.
Luck my bank caught it. Tried to call to report it was put on hold for 45 minutes with no one ever answering. Be safe none use them.

I have ordered Walmart checks for years there has always been a 150 checks in a package when they come now today I got my new Walmart checks there is only 120 now per customer service when I called to ask why. So the price went up and I needed to get them quickly so I had to end up paying $30 for 120 checks where normally I paid 20 something for 150 checks. I will be looking for another company today

They apparently cancelled my order without telling me, and I had to dig around their site a week after my checks should have arrived and use the automated order status checker to figure that out, because they won't answer the phone.

I called three times, at least 30 minutes before they stopped taking calls, and after inputting my account number each time it told me that my order required special handling, the system "transferred" me with no ring tone, and gave me the automated speech, "Thank you for calling Wal-Mart Checks. Goodbye." And hung up.

I even tried calling Harland Clarke (the real business behind "Wal-Mart" checks) twice, and after putting in even more information, their automated system also hung up on me.

I've never left a review for anything in my life, and I've never been more infuriated with an experience than I have with this. I'm going to have to go through my bank statements to see if they even cancelled the charges, because I can easily already see that there was no refund deposit.

Even just a, "Yeah, sorry, your order got cancelled. We reversed the charge. Bye." Would have been enough to at least let me figure something else out.

I ordered four checks since there's money laws but I was told not to wright on the Amazon one haha but of course that one I voided so I was told to get a security check I suppose it wasnt the expensive one because there a hundred dollars so I got the other ones smaller fewer numbers I took this same check too the bank multiple times different copies right cause I had a snoopy one they said they wouldn't except so i used it at bb and it was totaled so I had decided to order the four checks ok I remember it was supposed to be security check this time right I took it in there expecting too get my cash and these bozos decide to interchange and interrogate me and be like it's not mine or whatever I had a cover on it I received the cover back but never did recieve the security check but I brought the right check supposedly yes here there's another place that accept checks Ace Cash Express for 3%

I ordered the Star Wars classic checks. They look very different than they do on the website. The pictures are very, very faded and the print quality is very cheap and looks terrible. It looks like my 8-year-old niece printed them on her computer. I immediately asked for a refund and will never order from Walmart checks again.

This has to be by far the worst experience I've ever had with ordering checks! First off the company claims my account number was invalid so I send them a check to verify. Never get a response after 1 week. I called customer service who verified my email was received and they would send a message to check spec to have them verify. I was told to wait 24-48 hours for a confirmation to which I never got a reply. Decided to call a week later to get an update and guess what everyone is still sitting on their thumbs and not a clue what's happening. There are so many other check companies out there that would be way better to use! I would highly recommend completely avoiding Walmart checks at all cost!

Every time i write a check and remove it from the pad, the checks tear. Every time. I contacted Walmart and no response. I had to buy new checks from someone else. These are bad, do not buy.

Our community service org uses PO box for business use. Placed order online and seemed fine until product shipped. It was never received at PO box at USPS. Called and placed second re-order via customer service agent. After Non delivery replacement order - Spoke to customer service at walmart and then was told they can NOT deliver PO boxes. Product was on delivery truck and CS refused to call carrier and at least try to explain situation for some kind of resolution. This lack of communication wasted 5 weeks. NEVER AGAIN,

I ignored the negative reviews and ordered checks from Walmart. They came quickly. For my peace of mind, I paid for tracking, which added $7 to the cost, but the total still was only $14. No problems with this order.

The worst. Ordered cks for $17.10 on 12/15 through Walmart. Checked my bank acct on 12/17 the Walmart charge was there along with a charge for $131.00 for Sam's Club Checks which was not authorized. Had to get a new debit card to replace the card that was charged along with closing and reopening the bank account that the checks were fir. It's now 1/4/22 the useless checks have not been received, Sam's Club Fraud has not returned my call and Walmart Checks has not responded to my e-mail about the situation.

I ordered new checks on 10/23 since I moved to another state. I never received order but was billed on 10/23. Customer Services couldn't locate my order at first and told me there were other "companies" that claim they are "Walmart Printers" and told me to check with them. I insisted I ordered from her company. She finally found my order and it was determined that they sent the checks to my "old address" in another state. I ordered the checks with my new address and made sure to note that the checks need to arrive at my new address, not the old address where I no longer live. She told me they were sent to my old address and weren't sent back to them and I should contact my bank to make them aware the checks (150 of them) were missing. Now I am afraid fraud may occur and my checking account could be cleared out. Will not order from Walmart Check Printing again.

Placed order Feb 2021. Still haven't received checks. I emailed them May 07 and they did immediately respond saying order was sent out but they'd be happy to replace order if I'd like. I replied back in late June that yes I would like replacement order. Still waiting. Never order from them!

After pricing out a renewal of my order at CheckAdvantage ($55 for 600), decided to see what Walmart would charge. Looked like much less. But it was bait and switch. After I went to all the trouble of copying in all my check info, and was down to purchasing the cart, Walmart threw in an amount double what the competion did, for tracking. But worse yet they threw in a "processing fee" more than $10.00. A real shyster trick! Even though they came out about $6.00 cheaper than Check Advantage I cancelled the Walmart order and went back to CheckAdvantage. Very surprised; on ordinary merchandise, Walmart is very upfront re pricing, and always gives you a cheap pickup option. Walmart Checks must be a whole different company.

I tried to place an order and got no confirmation, in fact the message was my cart was emptied. I assumed the order did not go through and ordered through my bank instead. Next day I got an email saying it was processed. I tried to contact customer service twice with no reply. Terrible ordering website and terrible customer service!

I have been ordering my checks from Walmart for 15 years, but after this last experience I will never be going back.
They lost my checks in the mail and then told me it was my fault for not ordering trackable shipping. Everything sent in the mail has tracking... everything. And here's walmart over here trying to up charge me to add tracking to BANK CHECKS! Are you even serious?! So when my order just doesn't show up I'm told they will re-send but I have to wait another 3 weeks for them to come AND they charge me for the freaking tracking.
Worthless. Not ordering a single thing from Walmart.com ever again.

I Should've just ordered BLANK CHECKS wit No Theme Imaging, Cause the Star Wars checks I ordered have NO Slight Richness of color AT ALL!
I THOUGHT people could B CHARMED by my selection... But I couldn't got A CHILD to COLOR me some checks; that would've been WORTH the Charm of hanging it on my fridge type of Vibe!
I've had MUCH MUCH MORE COLORFUL THEME CHECKS IN MY LIFE...& hv NEVA seen such A WASTE of a image Soo Faded, like they wanna CHEAT PEOPLE & Save on ink?! WTF ‍

I have ordered from them several times. Although shipping is slow, the checks work great. They use Hy Clark as their check vendor. They exact same check were $60 for 200 at HC website, but about $30 at Walmart Checks. Watch the processing fees which got expensive for things like check registers. Noticed the processing fee went down, when I chose the shipping with tracking, making it an acceptable fee. They will not reprint checks, so have an old check before ordering.

I ordered my address labels the 5th of March. As of today, the 30th they still arent here. I called this last Friday and she said theyd "send a replacement" the following monday, there was still nothing from the origional order. So I called again and asked for a refund. The lady was completely snobby and laughed at me when i told her to cut the attitude and that i would be contacting BBB.

Edit: April 4th and they still arent here. I have asked for a refund (not posted to my account yet. Will update if it shows up) was also told to keep the labels IF they show up. As well as the supposed replacements that i have yet to see as well.

I have ordered check from Walmart for many years and every time that I order I become more dissatisfied. Duplicate checks (I cannot speak for non-duplicate) do not tear properly. The perforation does not insure a straight tear. Pricing keeps going up each time that I order - The most annoying part of this process is the non-disclosure of a processing fee until the very end of the ordering process. This is too bad because I'm generally satisfied with the design choices. Today, I have decided to order my future checks from a different company.
