This site is a complete sham, several of the prints that they sell are being done so without the consent of the artist. There Terms of service say this:
"WallPart Respect the copyright of others.
This means we don't steal photos or images that other people have shared and pass them off as your own. "
That's a lie.

On July 7,2015 I discovered at least 5 images of mine (that are under US copyright protection) for sale on Wallpart.com without my permission. I have been made aware that they are using team members images from my Etsy Team as well. Here are some of the links:

They put the blame of any copyright infringement on the consumer:
WallPart Respect the copyright of others. This means we don't steal photos or images that other people have shared and pass them off as your own. We have no base of images, and doesn't host and store the image on servers. Wallpart.com only helps the user to find the images interesting him, the site uses data of the most known third-party search engines. Process of search happens at user's browser.
The user himself makes search queries, all content displayed in a window of the browser is received from third-party search engines. The displayed images are loaded from third-party servers, and aren't host on the site hosting. When the user make the order, we get the image from the user, he is responsibility for use. Wallpart.com doesn't bear responsibility for the images received from users.

This is an illegal site that is stealing other people's artwork and selling it. They go to artist websites, steal images, then sell them without the artist's knowledge. They are thieves.
This site steals the work of hard working artists and sells it for their own profit with no compensation to those who created it. This is completely illegal. Never buy from this company - you are buying stolen merchandise.

As others have already said, they're ripping off real artists by stealing their work through Web searches and offering them as poor quality prints for sale, with no permissions from those who created the images!
Absolute scum! *AVOID - AVOID - AVOID!*
These are thieves who think it's okay to profit off other artists hard work. If you want real art, real images, buy from the artists themselves. Don't buy from these cheap, lazy, inconsiderate people who think a grammatically incorrect disclaimer makes them exempt from copyright law.
All the images that they sell are stolen and sold without the permission of the copyright holder.
I would give them ZERO stars if I could! This site is selling illegally obtained images from search engines. NOTHING they offer is licensed or official and, having been harvested from search engines, will likely be of poor quality when printed. They are even printing people's PERSONAL photos, so try and make sure that no place you post your personal images is searchable by image search engine or you may find your kids up for sale here, too (http://joliebonnette.tumblr.com/post/*******141/update-on-wallpart-com)!. They are literally stealing images from anyone and everyone who has them online. Oh, and then your images get posted to their Twitter account (@WallpartPosters) amidst tons and tons of porn. Isn't that just grand? They appear to have shut off their site search engine, but you can get a backdoor into a lot of their sale pages by going to Google image search and typing in (with quotes) "wallpart.com poster" along with other search terms if you wish.
