Delivery damage -can't use these
I can't use either print for my purposes. The package was squeezed causing the prints to be damaged and no longer flat. Fed ex is awful—-at least in Savannah Ga we have had a terrible time with them. See pics. Not sure if you want to try again and provide credit? Or….? But if not, will not be using your services again. (Color seemed perfect too)

This does not seem to be a functioning business. My print was supposed to be available 3 August for pick up. Its 7 August. I've emailed support with no reply.

Size discrepancy
Sizing was off. Said to add an additional 0.38 to final size due to foam board, but was actually original size without additional 0.38. Made it too small. Print quality was great though
Very poor customer service
Damaged in shipping bc vivyx did not wrap in plastic. The piece had noticeable wear marks on the faceand a large dent on the edge. Both would've been avoided if the piece was wrapped in plastic.Customer service is a joke with is company. I am a semi professional photographer and print between 10 and 50 pieces a year. I tried this company as a trial. They utterly failed. I recommend nations photo lab.
Amazing print quality and fast shipping
I was so happy to receive all my prints all the way from India in just a matter of days. The pricing was very reasonable and the quality of the prints and paper were impeccable.

I advised that although properly packaged the tape was attached to the poster and ripped while opening. I am still awaiting for the 2 hour follow up. It has now been a couple of days.
The process took a while but Vivyx replaced the damaged item. I would definitely shop again with them.
Came Damaged, was Ghosted by Customer Service - UPDATE
My poster came out of the packaging damaged/ripped. I contacted customer support and have been ignored, despite their email saying they respond within two hours.
UPDATE: After posting this review, I was reached out to by Vivyx Printing and sent a replacement, citing this review. My original help ticket was never addressed, but I at least got a replacement. It's not a great sign that it takes a negative review for a company to take action, but I am willing to bump my review rating, since my issue was eventually resolved.
