Was told my order would be ready to pick up by 8/5, it's now 8/8 and still says processing. When will this actually be ready?! Updated: shortly after this review I received an email stating my order was ready for pickup. Thanks for responding. Will update more when I see quality of my canvas prints
Beautiful quality
We printed a large (58”) ski trail map from a pdf I found online. I was concerned it would be pixelated but it is clear and sharp! It’s perfect and exactly what I wanted. Quick delivery also
No update on shipping and was late
We paid extra for shipping to be here early and instead it was delayed and later than the basic shipping option. When I reached out to the company I was ignored. This is completely unreasonable in today's age and I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.
Bad 3rd Party Customer Service + Wrinkled Canvas.
Unfortunately after picking up my order, the canvas wasn't pulled tight enough and it's a bit wrinkled on one of my prints.
