I decided to purchase from this company, but when I found that the dress would not be arriving in time for the event I planned to wear it to, I tried contacting somebody about receiving a refund. Nobody has contacted me and I have not received the dress either.

I bought a dress from here for my junior prom. In short, the colors and fabrics were quite different than the picture; there was a corset back, and it's strings were made of thin tulle as apposed to appropriate ribbon for a corset, so they made ripping sounds when I tightened them even though I did not pull hard; and when we tried to return it, they did not ever even respond. We spend $220 on my dress, and it was still very disappointing. If it had been very cheap, and they let us return it, I wouldn't have cared so much about these things, but we wasted $220 on this.

First time we purchased from this company it went well, so we were surprised when they would not honor their own return and exchange policies. It's difficult enough trying to find the perfect dress online, but their policy seemed to make it easy, but its not. This company will send you dresses that are sized wrong and not respond. We I have two dresses and need to buy one for prom. This company is a scam and they cannot be trusted, especially when you have only 3 weeks to get a dress. I do not write many reviews and felt writing this was necessary to warn others in hopes that I can prevent others from a lot frustrations.

Do not. I repeat, do not shop with veaul.

They have many other bad reviews online and on their social media comments but unfortunately I did not check beforehand.

First of all, on the page of their dresses they make it enticing but stating it will only take 2-3 days to deliver. They hide the fact that it takes 11-14 days to make and process on another page of the website. They fail to mention this on the actual dress pages.

Their customer service is absolutely AWFUL. When I emailed them countless times to ask about the status of the order I received no reply. No replies on social media. Other reviews have stated that their phone number doesn't work. But suddenly they knew how to communicate when they asked whether I wanted them to ship the finished product. They texted me and when I did not respond they emailed with a screenshot of the text. When i responded with NO and that I want a refund, they ignored it and shipped it anyway.

When the dress finally arrived way after prom, it didnt look anything like the picture at ALL. The dress was horrid. This website is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANY DRESSES HERE.

Luckily I was able to claim cashback with my bank.
Also I have requested a couple of times to unsubscribe from their emails but I still get their emails :/ awful company.

Horrible customer service. They never reply. They sent only 2 of three dresses and then forced me to open a Paypal claim to get a response. After wasting tons of my own time going back and forth, they said they would help only if I closed the Paypal case, I refused, so they refused to respond or send my dress. Paypal said they can only restore me if I send the two dresses back to them on my dime to CHINA and once the company confirms receipt, which they likely won't, only then I can get my $387 back in total. What a loss, a waste and a sham.

I ordered a dress, with specific color and material likes they require. I received a dress that was both the wrong color and wrong material. I immediately request a refund, which was finally responded to 20 days later. They offered me a 50% refund and I have to pay another $25 to ship it. When i tried emailing them, their email on their site is invalid and their messaging platform, where they asked for me to respond to them at, continues to reject my responses. So basically I'm out $200 for a dress I might be able to resell for $40. I'd give 0 stars if it would let me
