I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding and was sent the wrong dress and it had the hanger loops sewn into the outside of the dress! I complained and sent pictures of the dress to prove the defects and the fact that it was the wrong dress that they sent. Because of the rush I was in, I re-ordered the original dress I had selected and paid again. I was absolutely shocked when they did exactly the same thing a second time. Wrong dress again and poor workmanship. I have written and sent pictures 6X and have not received an answer. I am being completely ignored now that they have my money. Their mistake is not knowing that I am an attorney and I intend to go after them so they can't do this to another customer ever again.

I ordered 2 bridesmaids dresses for my daughters wedding. I measured both girls and ordered the size from vbridal size chart. The dresses were not custom made, never gave them measurements. We received dresses and they are huge. Both girls breast are not covered at all. Terrible made and terrible fitting dresses.
I contacted their customer service to return dresses as they are not made to size. They have refused to refund me the money. They have offered me % off for another order or they have finally offered me 20% of my purchase price of dresses(after several emails to customer service)
They say dresses were custom ordered and can not be returned... I ordered 2 size 6 dresses with no custom measurements given.
Terrible website. Do not waste your money here.

I special ordered a dress, which arrived larger than what I asked for. After being denied a return I claim with my bank, they reversed the charges. Vbridal promptly reversed their answer. They gave me instructions for returning the dress, which I did on June 5,2017 and I have yet to see my refund. I have spoke with them numerous times, was assured that the funds would be transferred to my paypal account but still I have yet to see them. This has been a horrible experience. Ugly dress, awful customer service and an enormous disappointment. Do not order a dress or anything else from this dishonest company.

I was disappointed with the dress and jacket I ordered custom made to my measurements. However, the company refunded me the cost of the outfit, and allowed me to keep it. After making a few alterations, I was able to wear the dress to my granddaughter's wedding, and it looked lovely. The replacement jacket they sent me was still a bit tight in the upper arm area, but not too uncomfortable. I would recommend that if you are ordering custom made, be generous with your measurements - you can always alter it to take it in, but not let it out. I would also advise ordering a couple of color swatches before placing your order, as my fabric did not match the swatch on the computer. I was very happy with the way they resolved my problem.

I ordered a standard size 8 no custom order yet they claim it is custom. Dress came with the appliqué on the front torn and frayed all over the bodice. The sheer sleeves were to be grey and they are a dirty tan color. The coordinating jacket has seams sewn crooked. I contacted them immediately when I received the dress to have it sent back but they refuse to take it back. I purchased this for my sons wedding and I had to go out and find another dress because I had no time to order another. They keep offering me coupons to buy another dress or 20% off my dress. I would never buy anything from them. I am going to contact the BBB to report them. Their return policy states you can get full refund if not satisfied but they are scammers! Also the phone number is not a working number!

Your product did not fit properly. I ordered a custom made dress the sleeves are too tight and the waist sits 2" below my waist. You people tell me you will refund my credit card $80 then all of a sudden your company says my bank has to do a charge back. The bank doesn't but the bank said you could refund $80 the cost of alterations direct to the card. Instead you say you cant and you issue a $80 credit for alterations to PayPal. Super frustrating all the way around. I didn't expect to have my money held for 21 days. This is the best review I can give with all the hassle I have been through to just at least get my alterations paid for.

My friend told me about this website and honestly this being my second wedding (his first) I wasn't going to go fancy or expensive. She happened to save the name because her daughters friend purchased a prom gown from them. I found the perfect gown (was having difficulty) and though I was really nervous I took a leap. It arrived last Monday and I couldn't be happier for the price. I did custom and it's almost perfect. To soon to tell depending on shoes and back working out if I'll even need any adjustments. They kept in touch with me. Was surprisingly quick. Very happy!

I ordered my prom dress from them last year and it was absolutelyPERFECT! It was exactly what the picture looked like and was extremely well made. I have been looking on their website for a wedding dress and emailing them to wee what the dresses actualy look like becuase my body is very unforgiving so I need to see what the dress actualy looks like... anyways that have worked wit me so so so so so well! They have sent me pictures of the dresses in the manikin! All dresses they have sent pictures of look just like photo they post! I am still looking for the perfect dress but I will not go to a different website becuase of how good their customer service is!

I was initially quite concerned about ordering on line but I was very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the service and the garments are well made and reasonably priced. Received my outfit within 2 weeks. Chose custom made and it fitted beautifully to measurements. Jacket was a bit plain, not quite as stunning as it appeared, may try to purchase lace jacket *******464 to see how that goes with the dress. With this success I will now purchase my daughter's outfit and shoes for me.
