Juan is highly unprofessional. These people are out to take your money. They asked for a denial letter to get a refund however I didn't receive a grant no a letter of denial

I was told one thing and never was done the way and thought u got a lump sum not someone telling u when u can have ur own miney

There are no funds when ever I look up, there was no help for me in the three months that I had a subscription with them. Started with $29.95 and the following 2 months they automatically charged me $34.95. This is a big scam.

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Please be very caution when you are working with them. If they tell you, that you have been pre-approved for a grant, but you need additional tradelines beware, you will never get the grant, and will be left holding the bag.

They charge a monthly fee for services they never render. They prey on people in need. If people had the money to pay for this, they would not be seeking grants. They are dispicable and need to be shut down.

These people are just after money and they dont care how they get it I only regret not reading these reviews first

Filed with Texas AND FCC. Anyone can create a site like this in 5 min. They chsrge you up front then you have access to a bunch of phone numbers you can find free with a simple google search. One was my local HHSO! No s**t, like I never thought of calling them! Some numbers aren't even agencies or funding companies! One was a mechanic and another was a DME store!

This company promises refunds if services aren't provided. I cancelled my membership and asked for a FULL refund which they refused to give. I was passed around to 3 different reps after being hung up on 4 different times! I highly suggest not ever using this company again!

I used to work at this job and they fired me for not making enough sales per hour they also fired me in the most unprofessional way over email and yes it is a scam the whole time I was working there I was confused on why people have to pay for the service and then pay a monthly fee

SCAM! Customer service was unprofessional and rude. If I could give negative stars I would. Right after I signed up, I got a call from a representative who enrolled me in a trail for one of their services that would bill after 30 days. I had already refused the service on the website explained to the rep that I was not interested. He lied and told me that that he was not signing me up for it then proceeded to do so. I called customer and canceled it. After the interaction, I felt uneasy regarding the site and its legitimacy. I called again to cancel my account completely and get a refund for the $29.95 site access fee. The first rep, Adrian, I talked to told me she could offer me $20. I stated that I wanted a full refund due to my experience. She transferred me to a manager who then offered me $25 saying that $4.95 is withheld for service fees. I again requested the full refund as opened my account that day. On the site there is an option to get all money back if you are denied for grants. I did not apply for any grants because again I did not feel the site was safe. She THREATENED to send me back to the representative that had offered me less. When I confronted her on this, she told me "You're not special" and the $4.95 still applied to me. I asked if there was anyone else, I could talk to and she told me no. I informed the her that I would have to dispute the charge on my credit card if not given the full refund. I asked her name again and she refused and proceeded to hang up on me. The $25 refund is pending on my account though I told her no. I called back again and was transferred to General Manager Juan. He was just as rude. He interrupted me refusing to listen to my experience with the previous manager. After arguing for 20min he finally said "if you're so broke that $4.95 will take food off your table I'll refund it. Go buy some lottery tickets because you're wasting my time." He then hung up on me.

4/15/23 I went to the site, filled out my information and grant purposes and hit submit. Noticed there was a subscription, excited, continued to a state site. Within 10 minutes *******049 (spoofed) called my phone. An older American accent gentleman proceeded to explain the site and offered an introductory offer of $21.95. I explained I have cancelled credit cards in the past to subscriptions and not being able to cancel them. I was reassured money back guarantee with on call customer service, then $21.95 went to $34.95 a month charge. I just needed to give credit card information over phone. I stated I do not give that information over the phone. He assured it is through a TEXT MESSAGE that is not visible to him. I began to state I will hold off and continue to look at state sites. He hung up on me. Have recorded call.

This is a scam. BEWARE! Do not buy into it. It is not a grant application site. They charge you and when you call they transfer you and the call is disconnected.

Do not sign for this service it is a rip off you think you only paying 29.95 for access one time they actually charge you 34.95 month and they don't tell you that in the sign up process most grants you can find just searching online that's all they do and add it to their website

Rude and huge scam! How is a company allowed to do this to people. People seeking funds for their livelihood. I called to cancel and the woman i spoke to a nasty woman who refused to cancel the transaction and when i asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager and then proceeded to hang up on me. She refused to refund anything and the site does not do what it says at all. All the applications on the site ask for more money out of your pocket. Beware and do not give them the money you already dont have.

This company is a joke. I've tried to apply for grants, but each time I click on one, it just keeps opening or taking me to a bunch of different screens. When I've emailed support, they don't respond. When I try to contact cst srv, I'm just placed in the waiting queue forever. I would not recommend this at all.

I received a message in FB messenger from what I thought was a friend! Turns out they used contacts from my friends list to convince me to apply! I actually never hit submit so I have no idea how they charged my card! I got s really bad feeling and tried to call the # I was told was customer service! That # was an insurance company! So I called the # from my call list and was told I was nect in que for about 10 min! My bank statement had already been charged and the # after us.fund on my statement was different so I called that and finally got some one. He said he would cancel and send me a text and email to confirm! An hour later and still no communication from them! So I deactivated my card and im on my way to the bank! SCAM SCAM SCAMM!

They make you pay them and they make it impossible to finish an application. Therefore you never get your money back as they claim.
