They just stole my money! They said the product had arrived from the manufacturer and would be shipped within a few days, but then the site went down and now they are back up but no longer replying to me! Be careful, positive reviews are fake.
PC looks great, runs great. All at a pretty good price. Only issues are the case fans are not plugged into their headers and are running full speed all the time. Overall, great build.
Great, fast delivery and fully updated along the way. PC delivered in perfect condition. Efficient with no fuss. + The prices were the most attractive. I highly recommend.

Been testing build via the websites for a few months. I love the amount of builds you can put together. Recently had the funds available to order a build. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order. As for the delivery it was great is was via DPD as I could track the order and know when it was going to be delivered.
I have used Unigrade many times to meet our family's computing needs. I wouldn't deal with any other company - they are first-rate. I highly recommend
The Pc arrived in a timely manner. Everything was there. The technician set it up in fast a clear way and everything was easy to understand. However there was a plastic wrap left Infront of the front facing fans that is impossible to move with no clear way of removal. Overall 4/5
This site is a scammer in my case. I put order on March 19,2023 and pay the partial pre-payment. On April 11 told me "The shipment is guaranteed to be in the period between April 24 and April 30,2023" and ask me for full payment. I asked for shipping detail on May 4 2023. He answered "Your order arrived from the manufacturer. Due to high demand, the time for sorting and shipping of the orders may take an additional few days. So, we will provide you tracking number as soon as possible.". After that there's no response when I asked again. The website "unigrade.com" was offline since May 22 2023. Today, July 5 2023, I found the site online again. Be careful when you are going to put any order on this site.
Updated after unigrade reply. You,unigrade.com, must be kidding every one saw the review. Who cares about your change or training. How is it possible that you tried to accuse me cancelled my order? Where's my payment then? My timeline above showed that you are telling a lie. You just tried to reply to every one who told the truth about your site that you will be investigating. Ya investigate forever, I guess.

I have bought from Unigrade many times. I find the ability to specify exactly the features I need very handy. I have always found the products reliable and the post sales great.
My sons first gaming pc and he loves it! The site was so easy to navigate and very speedy! They contacted me regularly updating me on the progress of the pc and when it will likely be delivered. A top place to build your own. Highly recommended!
Kept us well informed on the build process, dispatched as promised and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the pc when it arrived. The 3rd time I've used them and always delivered!
They scammed me for over $5,100. Beware, I should have known better. If the price seems too good then it probably is. Any positive reviews are fake, these guys are good at this scam.

I placed an order on 26th March for which I was charged $2235 and now the website is getting some technical errors!
And their support team doesn't even respond,
I would recommend all those people who are new visitors to this website, do not trust this website, and their website customer support team has not responded to any of my emails so far, more than 3 months have passed.

Have been trading heavily for a while and just shorted some ETH and made a bit of profit and decided to purchase a Bitcoin Miner S19 XP. Never was much into mining on its own. Let's give it a shot, just ordered so it's going to take a few days to get here. I've read really good things about Unigrade, ill write another review once it gets here.
We purchased some gigabyte Aorus GeForce rtx 4090 from Unigrade, the experience was excellent. The cards were nicely packaged and arrived spotless. They ran very well with no issues at all. The thermal pads were great as none of our customers complained about overheating or noises. Great buy, willing to buy again.
We had people ask for them here (we own a pc store). We sold a few in the first week! A great addition to our business. In the future, we might look into other mining-related products with Unigrade since our customer base is actually very knowledgeable in the area. Great buy.
I've bought from them a few times already. I recently got a few asus tuf gaming nvidia geforce rtx 4090 GPUs from them, and they arrived quickly and in perfect condition. And talk about power - these cards are insanely powerful for mining! I pretty much always turn to them for rigs.
I had to upgrade my rig and needed some new graphics cards. I looked around at various online stores and finally decided to go with the SAPPHIRE NITRO Radeon RX 7900 XTX at Unigrade for a little under $1000 each. It was an excellent choice - the cards run incredibly smooth and cool... Will probably buy more from them in the future.
Been in the mining business for some time. We create rigs for our customers and sell them in bulk. We usually get GPUs but we bought some ASICs as well to give our customers more diversity. We got 12 Bitmain Antminer E9 Pros. The miners were in perfect shape as well, with no scratches or marks anywhere. Always great business.
A great place to buy ASICs. Been buying from them for a while now, and just got a few Bitcoin Miner S19 XP. Great hardware, you can tell the thing has quality just because of the sheer weight it holds. Shipping was flawless, got to my doorstep in a few days. Pretty expensive ASIC though and they just released a new model of this. Might buy it in a few months once I get a bit of ROI from these 2.
