If you buy anything from this company be very very sure it is something you will definitely keep! I bought klogs $70.00. I put them on initially and they did fit. I made the mistake of telling them that I wore them a few hours only to discover how painful it was to wear them. The Rep said they cannot take them back because I wore them. She offered 10% off next pair plus free s&h. That set me back nearly 100.00. Now I got a pair of shoes that's of no benefit and now got to find shoes for work. Amazon is the best safest option financially. Avoid them if you are unsure if you want to keep products
Ordering was easy and so was shipping. However if you need to return an item even exchange it you have to pay $9 to use their label or pay full cost of shipping any other way. This absolutely ridiculous when they have very few store fronts.

I’m not sure if that exchange will be made for another size, but I do know that it can definitely be quite the challenge to find the right fit for clothes when shopping online, since sizing can vary so widely from one item to the next, depending on brand, fabric, and style. For this reason we offer on our website a Size Chart & Fit Guide specific to each individual item. These charts indicate the actual body measurements (not garment measurements) that each size of garment is intended for. Of course, individual preferences as to how close to the body the clothes should fit are also an important factor. Please accept our sincere apologies if we did not provide the necessary information for you to choose the best size to purchase.
We do strive to make merchandise exchanges as safe and hassle-free as possible. If you choose to use the pre-paid UPS return shipping label included in your package, a fee of $8.99 will generally be deducted from the amount of credit you receive for the garments you return. Use of this label is optional, though we recommend it as the know that the shipment will be trackable and insured (which can be important if the package should go astray on its way back to us). However, when sending back just one or two items, it can often be more economical to choose another method (USPS, for example). We are happy to process returns and exchanges that reach us via any carrier.

Uniform advantage has great customer service! Whenever I've had an issue with package, they've always provided immediate assistance whether it be waiving my shipping fee due to an issue, or matching a price to current promotion. I wouldn't buy scrubs from anywhere else!
Great selection, quick shipping, but color options on some brands are limited and don't include all color options said brands make

It was easy to use the online website. The quality of the scrubs were excellent. I had an item embroidered and it was exactly what I wanted. The best part was after I had ordered, I was sent a catalog to look through. It was an extra something that businesses don't usually do these days.
UA is the first place I ever got scrubs from. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these scrubs! They continue to hold up even almost 2 years later. I was them with hot water and put them in the dryer and they still look almost new. I have a backup pair but haven't needed to use it. This holds up multiple washes a week as well. It's been a year and the inside labeling has started to peel, and some stitches are loosening on the pants but other than that, 5/5!
UA scrubs, the best scrubs I have ever worn! I get loads of compliments any day I wear any my scrub.

I ordered based on the sizing chart provided. Measurements were taken and the sizing is way off. Order a size down at least. I was charged for shipping when I ordered... about $8. I ended up returning because of sizing and they charged me for a return label $8.99... then they are sending a replacement order for the appropriate sizes and I'm getting charged for shipping again. Shady! $8.99 X 3 (transactions for shipping) FOR A TSHIRT AND SCRUB PANTS? Please... I won't be ordering again. The shipping charges far exceed the amount of the whole order. I'd order elsewhere.

It's been very hard for me to find scrubs that actually fit. With uniform advantage I've had that opportunity! Wide range of sizes, colors, fits and brands. Size charts are really helpful and true to size! Not to mention they have a wide range of scrubs on sale and many discounts aswell. I was surprised when I received my order because it fit me really well and it was super comfy! I ordered from Cherokee and the fabric, the color and the fit were really accurate. Loved the experience! UNIFORM ADVANTAGE IS DEFINITELY A SAFE SHOP.
I love that you offer tall lengths and the scrubs I ordered are so comfortable and fit perfectly! I utilized the text chat option as well and the customer service rep was very helpful!
I've been shopping at UA for years and typically love the butter soft brand because they're so comfortable. Just recently bought some fun Disney prints too and they're super cute and I was lucky enough to find a few on a great sale!

I am always very pleased with my UA scrubs. They have held up to over a year of constant wear and are stain resistant. I will definitely order these scrubs again.
The scrubs I received were incredibly high quality and are my new favorites. The shipping was incredibly fast, even in the midst of winter weather, and everything was packaged well. Their color matching system made finding matching sets super easy and I feel their model pictures were pretty well representative of the real life product. I would love to see them expand the color selection of their Lauderdale line as it's my go-to as a petite girl!
Ordered 7 pieces. Never received. Called to inquire, ended up cancelling order. Now will not reimburse $187. Keep telling me they don't have the authorization to reimburse even though they had the authorization to take it out of my account. SCAM! Don't order you will be sorry

Without the details of the order, of course, I’m not able to say why you have not yet received a refund. If your merchandise actually shipped from our warehouse and was lost en route, a replacement order or refund would usually be called for. However, if, as you mentioned, the order was effectively *cancelled* (which would happen before it left the warehouse), no actual charge would have been made on your credit/debit card since we charge only upon shipping; in this case, the authorization placed on your card when you first ordered should have automatically fallen off within a few business days.
Regardless of the situation, however, you deserve excellent customer service. Your satisfaction is truly important to us at Uniform Advantage, and I hope you’ll give us one more opportunity to resolve your issue. Without the details of what you purchased, of course, I have no way of knowing why the scrubs you received do not match. One possibility is that you may have chosen items from different lines. At Uniform Advantage we offer merchandise in a large array of brands and in many “lines” or collections within each brand. Each collection has its own fabric composition, and each type of fabric takes a dye in a particular way—so even though the color may be called by the same name, the colors may differ a bit from one line to another. For this reason we recommend always ordering tops and bottoms from the same brand and same collection to ensure that the colors will be an exact match.
And while we strive to delight our customers on every purchase, we realize that occasionally we miss that mark, so we try our best to make sure that our return and exchange process is as hassle-free as possible. We include a convenient prepaid UPS return shipping label in our shipments for just such occasions—although we are happy to process returns that reach us by any carrier. Additionally, customers who live near one of our retail locations are welcome to return items at no charge to their local store. Thank you for having shopped with Uniform Advantage. I’m so sorry you’ve had this issue with the shoes you bought. I know how hard it can be to get clothes that fit well when shopping online, particularly when it comes to styles or products you have not had before. We are delighted to be able to offer a Size Chart & Fit Guide, designed to help our valued customers decide which size would work best for them, for each of the tops, pants, and jackets we sell. Unfortunately, that is not possible in the case of shoes.
Uniform Advantage is glad to take back (for refund or exchange) unused items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Once an item has been worn or washed, however, we are unable to take it back because it is no longer sellable. Occasionally we do make an exception to this policy; for example, if the customer received the wrong size due to an error on our part. However, in this case you state that you did receive the right size, and the shoe did initially fit.
I’m not completely clear from your comments whether your new Klogs would be returnable or not. If you did, indeed, wear them (even if only for a few hours), they would no longer be considered to be in original condition and, as the customer service representative mentioned, would not returnable. If, on the other hand, you simply tried them on (did not walk around in them, soles are clean and new), they certainly could be sent back.
